Returning

Chapter 4

Here's the next chapter finally and I'm sorry it took so long I was busy the next update may be sometime this week but I'm busy this week so maybe just maybe the next chapter this week.

    I walked into the cortex right into Cisco and he caught me and he saw the blood.

    What happens he said frantically and Natalie ran over and I closed my eyes as the room started to spin probably due to the large amount of blood that I was losing.

    "Come on Aubrey, stay with me". Cisco begged but he voice seemed distant and far away. I hissed as the knife was pulled out and pressure was put on the wound. 

    Cisco grabbed my hand and I squeezed it. "It's ok, may we meet again" I said and her eyes closed and her hand went limp and the monitor flatlined.

       Cisco POV

     The tears that I had been attempting to hold back I let fall and I collapsed into a chair.

     There was a crash and I saw that Natalie and pushed a table over and her eyes were puffy red and wet from crying, "I can't do this, not again, not anymore". She said and grabbed her coat and ran out.

      "We just got her back, why did she have to die again" I said my voice cracking and I put my head in my hands.

      "I know who killed her it was the league of assassins who killed her the knife that she was stabbed with is covered in symbols and the ribbon on the end of the knife is just like hers it was the league knife, she was killed by another member of the group she had joined last year."

        Star City 

  Natalie POV 

      I dialled Felicity's number and it rang once and she immediately answered.

     "Natalie, hey what's up". She said.

     "I'm in starling and in need of a friend, I needed a break from crazy central city" I told her wiping my eyes of tears that were threatening to fall.

    " I'm at verdant with Oliver, Roy and John". she replied.

     "Ok I'll be there in about lets say 5 minutes"I said smiling and I hung up and put my IPhone back into my jacket and walked through the Glades to Verdant and sat down in a chair and Felicity came over to me and sat down.

      "Hey, what happened"! She asked me.

      "The league they came to Central and they hunted Aubrey down and they killed her, I lost my sister again in 3 weeks almost near the day that I lost her for the first time".

       "The league is targeting Oliver because of Sara's death, so he's going to some sacrificial ground to face Ra's by a trial by combat it's life or death of everybody in the city. He's only doing it to protect Thea because Malcolm drugged her and made her kill Sara". Felicity sad taking a glass and pouring herself a drink and downing half of the glass. 

    "Natalie, Felicity, Oliver has to leave in a few minutes to make it by the deadline". Roy said as he came from the basement sitting next to me.

    Oliver and Dig came up the stairs talking about the fight. I ran up to him and gave him a hug.

    "The league killed Aubrey, please kill Ra's my sister is dead because of him" I said looking up to him due to him being taller than me.

   " I'm not going to die I'm going to kill Ra's before he kills me". He told me and I smiled.

       Star Labs 

  Nyssa POV 

      I walked into the main lab of star labs where Aubrey worked before she joined the league and I saw the person that she loves sitting at a desk looking at a picture of Aubrey and him together, he looked behind him as I made a sound, he grabbed a knife of the desk that looked like the one that I stabbed Aubrey with.

    " I must take Aubrey back to Nanda Parbat so she can be buried on sacred ground where we place our warriors to rest" I told him and he stood up ready to fight. I rolled my eyes and grabbed the vial from my pocket and he ran forward at me and I threw him into the wall knocking him out cold. 

     I went over to Aubrey who lie still on the med table and I dumped the cure in her mouth that just slowed her heartbeat down to where it was undetectable and I backed up and she gasped awake.

    "Nyssa why are you doing this"? She asked me confused.

   " My farther told me to have you return back home but we had to play them and make them think that you were dead, when we get back to Nanda Parbat you may use the pit to heal your wounds" I said as I helped her up and we headed for our home at Nanda Parbat.

    Nanda Parbat 

 Aubrey POV 

     I climbed out of the pit and my wounds were healed and I grabbed the tones that sat on the side.

     "We need to head to the grounds where the trials by combat are held, Queen has confessed to being Sara's killed and he challenged my father".

    "Fine" I said and I changed into my costume and put my weapons into place.

      Mountain 

  We waited and we saw Oliver put his hand up and lift himself u and lay down breathing heavily and he looked up to see me and raised a brow in confusion and I looked away over to Nyssa who was walking over to farther and took his robe while I knew Sarab had taken Oliver's belongings.

    "You've taken your last life". Ra's said.

    "You lived your last day". Oliver replied.

    Ra's punched Oliver and the fight began and i knew Oliver would lose, he was lousy with a sword. He was on his knees on the side of the mountain. 

    He ran his sword through Oliver and said something and we headed back to Nanda Parbat to rest.

       Nanda Parbat

   "It's nice to see you we'll miss Raymond sorry about how we had to take you from you family and friends". Ra's said.

   I understand and we can not aford to have ties that can be used against us? and he smiled. "That's nice to hear not please return to Central City to see if the Flash and his team pose a threat and if they do kill them all and show no mercy".
