A/n:this is the last part of the story.

Isabella looked at Emma. "What is it darling?" "When are we going to court?" "Tomorrow darling." "Already?" "Yes, I'm sorry." "Will you be by my side Emma?" "If you want, I'll be there darling." Emma wrapped her arms around Isabella's tiny body. "You're nervous aren't you." "Yes " "When I first went to Court I was nervous too. You see, even for adults like me it's nerve-racking..." Emma tells Isabella the story of her first time going to Court. While Emma was talking Isabella fell asleep. Emma and Oli giggle. "I guess I'll have as someone to cuddle for the night." "You have me. "But are you so big, you don't really fit to be a human plushi." "Okay okay I get it." Oli chuckled. Emma kissed Oli "Good night." "Good night babe." Emma and Oli fall asleep. Isabella hugs Emma tight in her sleep. The six year old was scared of what's to come. Emma was in a light slumber so she woke up. "Everything will be alright Bella." Emma gently rubs Isabella's back. Isabella calms down and sleeps calmly for the rest of the night.

The next morning Emma's alarm goes off at 6:30. Emma gets up, takes a shower and gets dressed. After she wakes. up Isabella. "Good morning darling. We have to go now." "But it's to early." "I know. But we have to be there early I can so talk to the judge." "Why that?" Isabella asks as Emma braided the little girls hair. "Because I have some questions that need to be answered before." "Oh, okay." After eating a toast with jam Emma and Isabella get into the car and drive to the Court. Emma parked the car in front of the building. Isabella and Emma get out of the car and go into the court building. "Take my hand Bella. I don't want you to get lost." "Okay." Isabella takes Emma's hand and follows her. On the stairs they run into a Judge who works there. "Excuse me your Honor?" "Miss Banville." The judge was surprised. "Long time no see." He smiled. "What brings you here?" "A Court hearing." "About?" "Amber and John Summer." "That's the hearing I'm heading to." "Really?" "That's a crazy coincidence. That's Isabella by the way. She is their daughter, or so we believed." "Nice to meet you Isabella." The judge offert Isabella a hand. Isabella took a step back. "You don't have to. I'm Michael by the way. I will be the Judge who's going to ask you a few Questions." "Can Emma come with me?" Isabella mumbled. "You want her to come forward with you?" Michael asked. "Yes." "Of course she can come if that makes you feel safe." "Thank you sir." Isabella smiles. "No problem. I'll see you in the hearing." "Bye." "Goodbye." Michael went into his office by the hearing room.

Soon lot of chatter and yelling could be heard. That yelling and chatting was coming to wards Emma and Isabella. "How could you do that Amber?" "I'm sorry mom. I really am." "You are no child of mine!" An elderly woman yelled. While Amber and John were brought into the hearing room the elderly woman sat down. "Grandma Cathy." Isabella went over to her. "Isabella hello my dear." The woman gave Isabella a warm hug. Isabella smiled. "What are you doing here?" "I'm here because of Amber. She wanted me to come. I'm so sorry for what they did. I didn't know until the police showed up." "It's okay. I'm just happy that still love me." "Oh I could never stop Loving you darling. Even tho you aren't really my grand child. Who's the lady you are here with?" "My new mom Emma. She's a lawyer." "A lawyer. Is she at least nice?" "Very nice." Isabella smiles. "Emma." "Yes darling?" "Come here please." Emma got up and walked over to Isabella. "That is my grandma Cathy." Isabella smiled. "Nice to meet you miss." Emma smiled. "Oh please call me Cathy." "Okay Cathy. I'm Emma. Isabella must have mentioned me." "She did. She told me about her new mom." "She has been a really brave girl. And she adjusts herself to situations just fine." Emma caresses Isabella's cheek. Isabella smiles and hugs Emma. "The hearing is about to begin. If you don't have to say something you can go in." Okay thank you. Bye Emma, bye Isabella." "Bye Grandma Cathy." "Bye Cathy. It was nice meeting you." Cathy smiled and went into the hearing room.

Emma and Isabella had to wait for a while. Ten minutes later a woman came out of the hearing room. Isabella?" "It's your turn." "Stay with me?" "Of course." Emma squeezed Isabella's hand when they walked up to the woman. "Isabella go in please. You Miss need to-" "She is coming with me! Judge Michael knows." Isabella said as she followed Emma. "Hello Isabella." Isabella looked at Michael. "Hello." She said quietly. So, you are six years old." Isabella nods. "And you grew up with Amber and John, correct?" "Yes." "Were they nice to you?" "Yes." "Did they misstreat you?" "No Sir." "You have been informed that they aren't your biological parents right?" "Yes. My new mom Emma told me." "I was told that you said that you had a suspicion that they are not your real parents." "Yes." "How did you get to that suspicion Isabella?" "We learned about the different blood types in school and I looked through stuff at home and started to be suspicious about that." "You are a bright young lady I see. That's it Isabella, thank you for your help." Isabella smiles. "You can leave now, the rest isn't really something kids your age should witness. Miss Banville, please take Isabella outside again." "Of course yor honour." Emma and Isabella got up and left the court room.

The hearing went on for a few hours. The woman who called Isabella in came out again. "The judge request that you come in again for the Verdict." "Okay." Emma takes Isabella's hand and goes into the court room again. "Hello Isabella. You know why I called you in again?" "Yes, because you want me to hear the Ver- um the Ver-." "The Verdict. It doesn't matter that you don't know how to pronounce it. It's a difficult word." "Yes." "Now you can sit down over there and listen." Emma and Isabella sit down and wait.

"The following verdict is passed in behalf of the people. Amber is sentenced to 15 years in prison for kidnapping Isabella, who was then 2 weeks old. John is also sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for knowing about the kidnapping and keeping it a secret. With that, the negotiation is closed."

Everyone stood up as Judge Michael walks out. Isabella jumps into Emma's arm and hugs her. Emma hugs Isabella too. "You only need to say something against James Miller now darling. Then it's all over." "Okay.

A few weeks later Isabella needed to attend the hearing of James Miller. Once again the hearing was held by Judge Michael. Isabella held Emma's hand tight as she walked into the hearing room. Emma sat down and Isabella sat down on Emma's lap. "Now we meet again." "Mhm." "Can you tell us what happened the day Mister Miller kidnapped you."

"Mhm. I was on the way back home when he pulled me into an alleyway. He told me to be quite and then dragged me into the van and drove to the abandoned building 5km away from town. He held me captive there for weeks and he wasn't really nice to me. He never hurt me, except for the few times he slapped me, he never did stuff to me that I didn't want. He gave me barely any food and any drink." "Thank you. I already have made up my mind about the Verdict. Isabella you can sit down over there now." "Okay." Isabella and Emma sit down and wait for James's Verdict.

Everyone stands up and Judge Michael starts reading. "The following verdict is issued on behalf of the people. James Miller is sentenced to 25 years in prison for kidnapping a minor and violence against this child. He is also fined £200 for extortion. This concludes the negotiation." He closes the folder and leaves. Emma picks Isabella up.

"You've done it darling. You've made it through all of this. I'm proud of you." Isabella smiles and hugs Emma tight. "Let's go home and celebrate." "Yes please."
