Wednesday spoke up and said "You can save the sanitized sales pitch." and I also spoke up and said "We don't plan on staying here long."

Enid's happy face went away for a second and then came back, honestly it kinda impressive how she can change her emotions.

"What? Why not?" Enid asked

"This was my parents idea." Wednesday looked at the picture of the fencing team "oh look it's my mother smirking at me and n/n" Wednesday said

"Wait, you gave her a nickname? How long have you two been friends?" Enid asked

"For nine years, were childhood best friends, and were like brother and sister." I said

Enid looked quite shocked at what I said then her shocked face turned into a wide smile.

"Omg that's so cute! Oh I just realized you two are holding hands! You two will definitely be the cutest couple in the school in the future!" Enid said

"Oh no Enid! We're just friends. We see each other as brother and sister, nothing more, nothing less." I said as I nudged Wednesday shoulder to signal him to change the subject.

"My parents were looking for any excuse to send us here, it's all part of their nefarious but completely obvious plan." Wednesday said

Enid smile grew and looked at us in awe.

"What plan?" Enid asked, probably just gonna use it against us one day or just gossip about it.

I turned around to face her but again not really because she was mostly looking at Wednesday but I spoke and said "In his eyes, it's their plan to make him a copy of his parents, which I doubt, I just think they want him to go to a school where they think he's more likely to fit in." I said with a smile

"Now I doubt that." Wednesday said with a deadpanned look.

"Urg..." I grunted irritably

I spotted a boy with long brown hair and he looked at me but I then looked away when I heard Enid speak again.

"Well, maybe you can clear something up, Rumors have been swirling around that you killed a kid at your school, and your parents pulled some strings to get you out of trouble." Enid said

"I wonder how that even got out because last time I checked we just joined this school. And if we answer I bet your gonna gossip about it." I said with a smile on the outside.
