Withstand bright light and subzero climate.
Have had animus dragons before.
Large tribe.
Hate the NightWings.
Overview NightWings:
Fire breath
Blend into darkness
Rare mind-reading and future telling- which will become more common due to the fact more NightWing eggs are being hatched under the moons.
Smaller tribe. Don't forget some died on the volcano. Also a lot of them are probably still sickly from the volcano and starvation.
Not all of them hate the IceWings... they grew up in fear of Darkstalker too!

So since I am leaving the RainWings out of this... the NightWings have less numbers. Sure some IceWings died from the plague, but they are still very plentiful. NightWings are weakened from the volcano and starvation, and lost a few due to this.
The fact that there isn't many current mind-readers or future-tellers in the NightWing tribe, means that they won't have that as much of an advantage, as I doubt Moon would assist in a war... That being said, it still could be an advantage for the NightWings.
Since there are no current animus dragons (Due to Jerboa's "Curse"), it's safe to assume neither side has one. Could animus touched weapons be used? Yes... Now I can't think of many NightWing animus touched items that would be considered a weapon, and even the one I can think of, is held onto a non-NightWing if I am correct. The IceWings, however, have many powerful animus touched objects. Which they could use. So another advantage for the IceWings.
The IceWings are a more healthier tribe too, while the NightWings are still recovering, another advantage.
So here's my verdict... the IceWings would win, simply because there are more of them, they are healthy, and they have deadly weapons in their talons.
Winner: IceWings
