Proposal 🥰

It was April 8th or otherwise known to Daring Charming one of the most important days of his life.

He was going to ask the love of his life's parents for her hand in marriage. He was ever so nervous and hoped they didn't pick up on him since he did invite them to lunch without Cerise being there.

"Daring honey"he heard Red call from behind him

He immediately jumped up to give her a hug and shake her dads hand. He figured this would go well considering her parents loved him.

"I'm so happy you could make it especially on a short notice"Daring said taking his seat

"Oh of course, we'd love to spend a little more time with you anyway"Badwolf said with a chuckle

"Well, I actually wanted to ask you guys something if you don't mind"Daring said rubbing his neck

"Sure what do you need"Red asked with a smile that gave Daring all the confidence he needed to ask

"I want to know if I may have the privilege to marry your daughter"he said confidently

The two adults sent knowing glances at each other before Badwolf said "Before we give you an answer, tell us what is it you love about our daughter"

"Cerise, she's the most smart and beautiful girl i've ever known. She makes me feel safe and I know that whenever i'm with her all my problems are solved"he said immediately

"Alright then, if you wanna marry her, You have our blessing"Badwolf said

"Thank you, I promise i'll be good to her"Daring said with his hand over his heart

"There isn't a doubt in our minds you won't"Red said

It's been weeks since that encounter and today was now graduation day, or as Daring knows, the day of the proposal.

He barely slept because of the excitement of graduation and the nervousness of the proposal, but in all honesty the worst she could say was no. Right?

Graduation went as planned, Cerise and Daring were separated the entire ceremony but were secretly texting when nobody was looking.

Giles Grimm knew of Darings plan and was in on it so when he called both Cerise and Daring up to the stage, Cerise thought it was for a sports award or something but little did she know.

Giles was rambling trying to kill time while Daring did this thing.

"Look over there"Daring said guiding Cerise to look into the distance

"It's so pretty"she whispered

She wasn't wrong. The sun was setting in the prettiest shade of pinks and purples and the hills rolled on and on for what seemed like forever.

"You see that, as long as the sun sets and rises I'll forever love you" he said looking at her

Cerise looked out into the scene while Daring found himself on one knee.

"Cerise"he called for her attention

The second she turned around he started talking.

"Cerise from the very second I saw you I knew you were going to become the most important person in my life, I didn't know how or when but I knew that once I had you I couldn't let you go. So will you make me the happiest man ever and marry me"he confessed

The entire school went silent and basically falling off their chairs awaiting Cerises answer.

Cerise wiped away her ever contentious tears and said "Yes, I'd love to marry you"

Daring quickly stood up, slid her ring on and kissed her. Of course Cerise kissed him back but they stopped when they remembered they had an audience.

"I should've known"Cerise said hugging Daring

"Yeah but I managed to keep this a secret"Daring taunted

"Do my parents know about this"she asked

"Everyone but you and a few others knew for weeks My Red Rose"Daring said kissing her hand

"Well I'm pleasantly surprised Mr. Charming"Cerise said giggling

"I love you soon to be Mrs. Charming"

"I love you more Mr. Charming"
