4 YEARS LATER

"For the past 4 years I stayed home looking after Daeun and also try to look after myself. 4 years have been rough without you. So many up and downs but I managed to take care of Daeun all by myself. Everyday i reminded her how much her father loves her and all the sacrifices you did so that she will be safe and sound. I know if you're here, you'll be a great father. Anyways, today Daeun turns four. I can't believe our daughter is growing up so fast. I pray for her health everyday. Right now i wish you'll be here, celebrating our daughter birthday together. But i know that won't happen. I hope you're doing great up there. I miss you and remember that I'll always love no matter what."

You stretched yourself as you finished writing down the last words on your diary.

Daeun: Mommy where's my dress?
She asked as she came to you after her shower.

"Sweetie why are you naked?".
You asked as you quickly got up to find a towel to cover her up.

Daeun: I forgot to take a towel when i went to shower. Sorry mommy
She said in her baby voice.

You smiled and said "You don't have to be sorry, sweetheart. Next time remember to take your towel". You got up and went to take Daeun's birthday dress. "My little daeun is a princess today!", you happily said as you showed her the dress.

Daeun: A pretty princess?

"The prettiest".
You said as you put the dress on her.

Everything is going perfect in Hayoon's life.

Have a wonderful daughter.

A perfect job.

It's just.......every now and then she wishes Sunwoo to be with her.

Daeun: Mommy will uncle Kevin be there?
She asked all of sudden.

You malfunctioned for a moment. It's been quite a while since you and kevin meet each other and had a conversation together. It's always him saying "how you doing?" and you answering back "good"....that's pretty much how our conversation goes. Things have been a little awkward with him ever since that argument we had.

"Everyone will be there...sweetheart".
You said as you finished dressing up Daeun.

Daeun: I can't wait to meet all of them!

"Happy Birthday to Kim Daeun~~".
All of them sang together and clapped their hands.

"Now make a wish".
You said to your daughter.

She made a wish and blows out the candles. Everyone clapped their hands for her. "It's gift opening time!!", kevin said while taking out gift his gift and giving it to Daeun.

Hyunjae: Yah how's your gift the biggest?!
He said while taking out his gift.

Kevin: Because I'm the best uncle Daeun could ever wanted.
He said while fake flipping his hair.
