"MIGUEL, WAIT!" SAM LARUSSO CALLED out, rushing over to him. Miguel sucked in a deep breathe and shut his eyes— wishing he was just imagining this.

But he wasn't.

"Sam. What's up?" He turned to her.

Sam looked hesitant to speak to him, she glanced around her surroundings paranoid.

"Aiti's in class." He informed. "But I can just as easily call her to deal with you if you don't hurry—

"No, don't, please." She interrupted.

"Then what do you want?"

"I just wanted to apologize for everything that happened. For what your girlfriend—

"No. For what you and your family did to my girlfriend. She didn't do anything." Miguel quickly defended.

He was already getting upset and the conversation wasn't even a minute in.

Samantha scoffed loudly, "Are you kidding me? She stumped on me until I was knocked out."

"You kissed me." He reminded. "Without my permission, which you know I would've never gave you, right?"

Her eyes faltered with embarrassment; taking a second to breathe before she looked up and nodded her head.

"I'm sorry. I'm tired of hiding in corner and having panic attacks whenever Aitana walks by. I just wanna be at peace."

"And i'm tired of my girl being pictured as some bully when we all know you started all of this." Miguel inched forward.

"If you really want peace... stay away from us." With that he stormed away, his nose flaring with anger.

AITANA RESTED HER HEAD ON HER DESK, music blasting in her ears as they rest of her class watched the news for class.

It was on some weather channel when she decided to go to sleep.
