IT WAS THE FIRST EVENT OF Seikai Taikai and everyone was extremely nervous, competing against the best Dojos in the world wasn't exactly the easiest.
"Time has come, welcome to our first event, I hope you're well rested and ready for a new and unique competition. We call it the captains war."
Four teams were gonna be on one mat, if a member hits the mat then they're out and if a captain hits it the whole team is out.
Group A went first; Falchi Della Notte, Iron Dragons, Miyagi-Do and Cobra fucking Kai. Of course.
All the teams huddled together to discuss their plays, "Let them come to us, protect the egg, just make sure Aiti and Robby are safe."
"You alright?" Miguel turned to his girlfriend who was typing her hair back, concern in his eyes like they always were when she was at a competition.
"Yeah, peachy."
Ready... begin.
Tory rushed over to them, cartwheeling to break them apart from one another. As the fight started Demetri immediately got kicked down by a captain.
"Demetri's out!"
Aitana swung her head back to dodge a punch her opponent sent her way. She regained balance and kicked the boy in his chest, sending him stumbling backwards.
But she had to time to rest because another opponent was already rushing towards her, fists clenched and eyes fierce.
He lunged at her, a blur of motion and she simply stepped aside and as he passed by she delivered a swift kick to the back of his knee.
He crumpled to the floor with a grunt.
Devon was kicked off the matt and Hawk and Sam soon after, now it was up to Aitana Miguel and Robby to win it for them.
