It's porsche's last month of pregnancy. Kinn and porsche were the only people in the house. All others went to a marriage function. Porsche can't attend the marriage because he is heavily pregnant and of course kinn will not leave him alone. Suddenly porsche  started to shout in pain. Kinn rushed towards him and lifted him. While going to the hospital porsche  mumbled with pain."finally you're going to free from me". But kinn didn't understand.

After an hour kinn admitted porsche  in hospital. He was tensed seeing porsche in pain.
Before getting inside the ICU porsche give a bright smile to kinn.Kinn can't understand why he is smiling while having this much pain.so he asked him "why are you always smiling? "

"Because no one see how broken am "he said while smiling through his tears.

After taking porsche  inside the ICU the doctor came back to sign some papers with him.The papers are some documents that state that while operating the patient if anything happened to him it will not be the hospitals  responsibility.after reading this kinn asked "why are you signing me the critical patients documents. Porsche is only going to be deliver "

"Sorry Mr.Thirapanyakul, I think your husband didn't informed you this. Actually his pregnancy was complicated. We asked him to abort but he denied. "The doctor stated. After hearing this kinn became shattered.

"Doctor can I see him before the operation plz"kinn begged to the doctor.

The doctor nodded.

Kinn rushed to the ICU.When he see him porsche give him a small smile. He can see he is holding something in his hand. He had seen that paper in his hand while they were rushing  to the hospital also.He went near him and give a kiss on his  forehead. When he was retreating  porsche  inserted that paper on his hand.

After he went out from the ICU.the doctors started the operations.

Kinn's eyes were continuously flowing and he is praying to the moon goddess to keep porsche alive. While he was praying he noticed the letter porsche gave to him.he slowly opened the letter and started to read.

"Dear King Alpha,
                      I know after giving birth to my pup am not going to alive. Name him Fourth Pachara Kittisawasd. I know you don't want this burden. You can admitt him on sunshine orphanage. Their is a check in my bag. That's my all savings from my part time job.You can use it for his expense. Sorry for the all sufferings you had to go through because of me.

After reading the letter kinn cried for his fate.He hate himself for giving him so much pain.

"Porsche, he is not Fourth Pachara Kittisawasd. He is Fourth Theerapanyakul. He is my heir. He will get the best life. I will take care of him and I love you" he mumbled himself while crying.

After 8 hours the doctor come out with a baby boy."congratulations King Alpha you're a father of baby boy."the doctor said after a pause the doctor continued "but... "
Hearing this kinns face became pale.

"We tried our best to save his life, and we accomplished 50% of the task.he is alive but  he is in coma." The doctor said

"What do you mean by he is in coma" kinn asked.

"Yes he is in coma.this is a state between life and death. Their is a 50-50 chance for him to came back to life. If we give proper care he will back to life. "The doctor said.

Kinn nodded.
"He will come back. We will take care of him.he can't leave our pup like that...right baby " saying this he give a kiss on baby fourth's forehead.
