DDLC Sayori x Yami

Part 12 Recovery

Yami woke up in a hospital bed covered in bruises. He looked around, and a nurse came into the room and walked over to him, then pulled out some needles.

Nurse: "Alright Mr Diaz I'm gonna have to draw some blood. Don't worry. It won't hurt."

A few minutes later.

"Ow... Ow... OWWWW!!!!" Yami screamed as he laid on the hospital bed.

The nurse stopped by as she was checking his vitals.

Nurse: "Well, I hope you're feeling better today..." She smiled as she checked his heart rate, temperature, oxygen levels, etc.

Yami: "My... Chest... Hurts..." He winced in pain as he tried to take deep breaths, and his chest was hurting so bad that he didn't even notice his arm was also covered in bruises.

Nurse: She then pressed on his chest lightly to try and find the source of the pain. "Hmm, I don't know what's going on with you, but we'll figure it out soon enough!" She left Yami alone to rest as Sayori and Natsuki walked into the room and ran over to Yami.

Sayori: "Are you ok!? You were hurt pretty bad yesterday..."

Yami: "Yeah, I'm fine now... Just a couple of bruises and other things... What about you two!?"

Natsuki: "I'm fine! Nothing too serious! How about you, Sayori... Are you ok!?"

Sayori: "I'm alright... I just got a bit banged up..." She smiled as she brushed back her hair.

Natsuki: "Oh god, what happened!?" She gasped as she noticed the bruises on her arms.

Sayori: "Uhh... Well, Jack attacked me, and me and Yami got into a fight because he was trying to defend me... Don't worry. It happened before prom was even announced... Plus, Yami saved me..."

Natsuki: "Wow, I'm so glad that Yami got his act together!" She smiled happily as she hugged Sayori. "Thanks, Yami! You're the best! If it wasn't for you and Sayori, I'd be in a not so good place right now..."

Yami: "Of course, I was just doing what any guy would do if they saw their female friend being attacked by another male... And hey, the worst thing I got was a broken arm, so it's fine..." He chuckled a little.

Sayori: "That's true... But seriously, thank you... I owe you one!" She grinned as she gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Yami: He blushed a little as he looked away from Sayori. "Hey, I'm just happy that I managed to save you from Jack..."

Sayori: "Oh yeah? Well, I'm gonna make sure that you get your reward later tonight..." She winked playfully.

Yami: "W-Wait, what!? Hey, I haven't done anything yet!" He smiled nervously as he rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.

Sayori: "Hahaha! You don't have to do anything... I just wanted to give thanks to you for saving me..."

Natsuki: "Hey! I wanna reward him as well... He saved me, Yuri, and Monika back there..."

Yami: "I'm not complaining... I just don't want you guys to feel pressured into giving me something..."

Sayori: "Well... We'll eventually repay you, so just prepare yourself before you get out of the hospital~" She smiled as she patted Yami on the head.

Yami: "Alright... Don't forget about me then, Sayori..." He smiled as he closed his eyes and felt himself drifting off to sleep.

After a few weeks Yami finally got out of the hospital and he sent Sayori a message letting her know that he was gonna walk to her place to meet up with her, eventually he made It to her place and knocked on the front door.

Sayori: "Coming~!" 

Yami: "Hehe... Always gotta be adorable..."

Sayori: Then she opened the front door for him and let him inside. "Heya Yami~!"

Yami: He smiled as he gently hugged Sayori. "Being in that hospital again was so boring, you know..." he gently kissed her neck before sweeping her off her feet and taking her upstairs.

Sayori: "Yami, you're being silly, hehe..." She blushed and gently hugged him.

Yami opened her door and placed her on her bed, and then he lay on top of her. "I missed you... That's why I came here to meet you... So that we can spend the day together..."

Sayori: "Oh wow... I'm so happy you came here to surprise me like this, Yami... I love you so much..." She gently kissed him.

Yami: "I love you as well, Sayori..." He then grabbed onto her wrists and brought her closer to him as he passionately kissed her.

Sayori: "Mhm..." She moaned as she kissed him back.

Yami: He smirked as he gently started to snuggle her. "I'm glad that I can finally see you again..."

Sayori: "Hehe... Likewise Yami..." She blushed lightly as she yawned quietly.

Yami: "Hmmm~ Sounds like someone is sleepy~"

Sayori: "Noooo~ I wanna stay up with you~" She gently kissed his neck.

Yami: "Hmm... I'll make a deal... I'll let you sleep on top of me if we go to sleep right now."

Sayori: Her ocean blue eyes sparked as she smiled brightly at him. "Deal! Deal!" She suddenly jumped on top of him and snuggled him tightly.

Yami smiled as he kissed her lips before the two finally fell asleep.
