Nick was at his school bus heading home as Kevin sat like a loner a few seat forward from him then Anna, who was sitting beside Nick began to ask "So, what did you guys do? Work on the project?"

"Ummm. . ." Nick looked down, couldn't find words

"Something happened?" Anna raised her eyebrow

"Did you guys do something?" Anna really seemed interested despite having some problems with her boyfriend, Andrew.

"Sorta, I guess."

Anna read his face "You two were about to-" she started to fangirl. Nick gave a serious look as Anna once again reads it "But you didn't, did you?" She looked at his face "No? You were distracted?" She kept reading his face ". . .by the bell. Oh," she started to regret

"Aww, I was planning to throw off the switch of the bell so you two wouldn't notice that class was starting." Anna looked regretful

"You what?!" Nick seemed surprised

"Nothing" Anna trailed off

The bus stops "Nick Carter!" He shouts so that he could be heard from the back or at least where Nick was seating.

"Oh, I have to go. Bye Anna."

Nick stood up and got his backpack. As soon as nick got out of the bus, Anna stood up and went to sit beside Kevin.

"Hey Kevin."

"Anna! Why did you do that?"

"Do what?"

"Why did you throw the football at me?"

"It wasn't directly at you, it was close enough to you so that Nick could jump and grab it so he could fall on you."

Kevin gave a blank face.

"What? You enjoyed it didn't you?"

"Ummm"

"You enjoyed it."

The bus stopped again "Kevin Smith!" He exclaimed. Kevin quickly stood up "Yes, I did now see you later at the party." Kevin said while he leaves the bus.

---5:30 PM---

Kevin was dropped by his parents at the school gate. He was still fixing the suit he was wearing since the event was formal so it is required to wear a suit. Everything was almost okay, until he held his tie which he couldn't wear.

You know what? There is supposed supposed to be guide to tie a to tie because tying a tie is one of the hardest thing to a dude like me. Kevin thought to himself

He was wearing a black coat with purple long sleeved polo with a gold tie which he couldn't wear.

He saw Nick walking alone he was sad, looking down with his hands on his pocket and walking slowly.

"Nick! Hey." Kevin shouted to get Nick's attention

Nick looked up and saw Kevin, a boy who was a few inches shorter than him, wore glasses and to him he seemed cuter when he wore his suit.

Nick ran to Kevin as a smile lit up his face when Kevin called his name.

"Hi, Kevin."he said

"Hi Nick, nice suit you got." Kevin said while complimenting Nick while looking at his suit as Kevin looked back up and gave a smile to Nick.

Nick smiled as he turned red because remembering correctly, the last time he saw him smile was when the both of them used to talk all the time. And also during lunch.
