VIVS POV:
We had drew to Sweden 1-1 , and then I got covid , I was isolating in my own house , calling Beth every second I could because I missed her so much. Netherlands had beat Portugal and Switzerland. I couldn't play in either because of stupid covid. Me and Beth had met up one I was cleared , England were doing really well and so was she. She had already score about 4 gold by the quarters , I was so proud of her. We then had to play France , one of the worst games of my life , it was horrible for me , I couldn't breathe properly because of covid , yet I was still played , and it was such a dull game , we got knocked out , but I was sort of happy it was all over. England was still in it though , with beffy still doing very well and on her way for top scorer , they were now in the final against Germany , and I had now decided I was going to support England through this.

I arrived at the final along with Beth's dad Richard and her brother Ben. We sat on the front row , behind the substitute bench. The game was pretty dead in the first half. Not many chances from either side , Beth had played well and I was happy for her to do that , but she deserves to win the whole thing. In the second half , Ella toone comes running down the middle and chips the keeper. Germany then equalise. By this point Beth had come off, when she came off , as we were behind the sub bench , she came and kissed me , the fans cheered. In extra time , Chloe Kelly scored the winning goal, I was so proud of Beth to get player of the tournament and get the golden boot.
After the match , we and her parents went back to to the hotel , we got ready and went and joined the friends and family party at the side of Wembley. When I walked inside , I met with Leah and lotte , who I talked to for a bit. "Where's beffy?" I asked them. They pointed over to Beth in the corner talking to Alessia and Ella. I walked over slowly , not trying to interrupt , they had won the euros after all. Beth introduced me to them however, and after I talked to them for a while, they left me and Beth alone. She grabbed me by my hips and pulled me in. She gave me a long passionate kiss and had her arms around my neck. Many people in the room had seen a rn were whispering about it , but neither of us cared , I hugged her for a while , and then let her get on with whatever. I had a quick chat with Sarina , I'm Dutch because it was easier for both of us - she asked me about me and Beth and other stuff , that I can't remember because the music was too loud.
After a while , me Ben and Richard went back to the hotel , after a long night because we were all so tired.
