Jenna had always been good at pushing people away when she was having problems and didn't want to hurt people and you were no exception to that.One day jenna had broke up with you out of nowhere and you had no idea why and no matter how much you begged her to get back with you but she wouldn't she wanted you to hate her so it would be easier to take when she goes.
When you had found out why she broke up with you and that it was after a doctor appointment where she was told she doesn't have long left and her test came up positive for an illness and unfortunately they had picked up on it too late you instantly wanted to comfort her and wanted her to know that it didn't matter what happened you could never hate her you loved her and if she was going you wanted her to go in peace and happy.
You asked around everywhere to find out where she was and practically ran to the hospital and convinced the nurse to let you see her.As much as it hurt you when you were taken in and you could see her asleep with wires attached everywhere with tubes and monitors beeping you were here to show her you can handle it and that you just want her.
You sat down in the chair by her bed and put the flowers you got her on the side and patiently waited for her to wake up so you could talk and explain.
"y/n what are you doing here"
"I know why you broke up with me but it's not going to work I'm not letting this happen"
"it's too late hate me please make this easier on yourself"
"jen I love you no matter how much you try and do anything to make me hate you"
"y/n please"
"listen to me I want you to go happy knowing I was here and I have closure that you don't actually hate me"
"you really wanna do this for me"
"Yes and I will not take no for an answer so jenna please be my girlfriend again"
she smiled "Yes fine y/n y/l/n I will be your girlfriend"
you handed her the flowers and walked over to her placing your hand gently caressing her cheek before you held your hand and pulled you closer and into a sweet but long kiss.
