So Called Curse

Prologue

Now:

Stella and Kai danced around, with no worry about the world in their minds. He twirled her round the tip of his fingers.

She giggled and smiled, stretching it as far as her face could and there was a spark in here eyes which Kai called was the 'love' for him.

Kai's blood and adrenaline gushed in his face making a deep shade of scarlet appear over his cheek and neck, he twirled her for one last time before dipping her from her waist and kissed her softly.

They smiled at each other before a cold voice spoke, "You don't look bothered from our breakup at all."

5 years ago:

"I'll miss you so much." Stella said as she hugged her parents goodbye at the airport, and so was Stacy, Stella's best friend from high school.

They had both earned the scholarship for a medical college in Greece, and they would have to be there studying for around 8 years.

"I'll call everyday, I promise. Bye, love you!" Stella and Stacy said in unison, waving at their parents one last time and walked inside the airport.

"Roomies for 8 years can you believe that?" Stella asked laughing.

Stacy shook her head and laughed, "I know right, it's like having a sleepover everyday for 8 years, except studying like hell."

"Got that right." Stella nodded.

The two then passed through the security and form filling and other formalities before they finally boarded their flight, and found their seats.

"What do you think, we gonna find some cute guys there?" Stacy asked.

"We're going there for studying medicine, Stace. Not to find cute guys." Stella laughed.

"Well it obviously won't be all studying for years and years." Stacy shrugged and pulled a blanket over her.

They talked about what they were expecting to do there, and what to avoid for a safe and beautiful future before they fell slowly fell asleep.

"This is literally like Hogwarts!" Stella laughed as she and her friend looked around at the huge university.

The two walked around the campus, taking in all of their new home for the next few years.

"Hey, you two look like a Stella and Stacy. If you aren't, this will be too embarrassing for me. Am I right?" A guy asked walking up to them.

He had brunette hair which had a low taper cut with a middle part flow, and emerald eyes. Also, a very posh american accent.

The two girls laughed and nodded their heads, "Yeah I'm Stacy, and this is my best friend for life, Stella." Stacey said introducing them to him.

"And you are?" Stella asked smiling up at him.

"Your tour guide."

"Sorry what?" Stella asked laughter sputtering out her lips.

"Sorry that came out the wrong way. My nameless little infant toothless self was named Kai. Kai Gray. So yeah, call me Kai. And I've been given the job to show you two around the campus by my biology professor, I'm his favorite. I know, weird but oh well, you can take breaks or do whatever you want when you are the favorite. Sorry yeah I know I talk a lot, weird habit." He rubbed the back of his head, chuckling awkwardly.

"It's okay, I mean it's not a bad thing, right, Stel?" Stacy asked looking at her friend who was looking at the guy with a different look she had never seen on her best friend before.

"Yeah it's adorable," Stella said softly but shook her head and flushed when she realized what she said, "Sorry. That was weird."

"No it was adorable." Kai grinned making her laugh, "Come on I'll show you two around and then show you your dorms as well."

They followed him, and he kept talking making both of them laugh.

"You like him already, don't you?" Stacy whispered to Stella who smacked her arm, "Shut up, no I don't."

But little did Stella know how this place and Kai were about to change her life.

For almost all of her forever.

A/n: okay here is the prologue chapter, introducing the characters to you all.

There will be a time skip from the next chapter and every chapter after that, if there's something in those later parts that rely on the past, then I'll write that down so that yall don't have to get confused.
