"I have told you time and time again! I didn't say that!" Harumi yelled. Luckily no one but her and Lloyd were home at the moment. Harumi has lived with the boys almost 2 weeks, the only one being civil to her is Jay.
"That's what all guilty people say!"
"That's speculation!" Harumi started to use her well earned debating skills and her fancy law words.
"What the hell does that mean?!" Lloyd shifted his weight.
"It means, that is simply speculation. I think you should know what that word means." Harumi crossed his arms as if she was a teacher and he was a kindergartner. Even though he is a few inches taller than her.
"I do, I just don't know how you mean it. You like to use fancy lawyer words."
"It means, that's what you see on TV, it's common but sometimes they are telling the truth. Sometimes they are not guilty, you are speculating." Harumi's death glared at Lloyd from across the living room.
Lloyd let out a frustrated and audible sigh, then went to his room and slammed the door behind him.
"I guess I win." Harumi mumbled to herself. Then headed to her own room to continue working on the case of 'the killer husband kills wife so he can have full custody of the kids'. Harumi sat down at her desk and started to do her research on the case from the stuff she had been given. She also went through the video Pixal sent to her.
Lloyd flopped onto his bed face down. "Why does she have to be so damn smart?!" Lloyd screamed into his pillow. "Maybe I should apologize, maybe I should listen to her side of the story. Who am I kidding, who else would it be?" Lloyd was not sitting upright on his bed. "She did become part of the one group.." Lloyd's voice trailed off.
Harumi: Hey Sky, should we gather the girls and do a girls night out tonight? I need a break from the boys. 😞
Sky: YES! GIRLS NIGHT OUTTT!! Ok call the girls i'll pick you up at 7 k?
Harumi: Ok, see you then! 😁
it was currently around 4 pm so Harumi had a few hours to get ready. She texted Jay what her plans were, since the two had become somewhat friendly and she needed someone to have her location if something went wrong.
Harumi: Hey Jay, I just thought I would tell you that me and the girls are doing a girls night out and I'm giving you my location in case something goes wrong.
Jay: Ok but let's hope nothing goes wrong lol
Harumi: Yeah 😂
It was now 6:45 pm and Harumi was finishing getting dressed. She had decided to wear a black leather skirt and a dark green, form fitting, cropped shirt. (this is her outfit 👇)
