"You guys ready?" I said to my fellow band members as they nod. We all enter the stage as the audience goes wild.
"Yall ready to rock!?" I yell into the microphone my singer friend threw to me for two seconds.
The crow goes absolutely insane, I guess they were waiting for our awesomeness to appear.
I throw the mic back at the singer as the drummer gave us our go.

I start fretting on the guitar as the singer follows.
The bass and the drummer kick in as the singer stops while we resume.
Luckily, we reached the verse before our bass messed up on one note. I'll scold him later for it.
Our singer starts putting in the work.

Falls asleep on the job
I smile at our singer, he's done a lot to get this far. Proud of everyone here.

We change back to the beginning part of the song as I could feel something...resonating within me?
I don't know what it is, but I feel super motivated now. I nod to the singer as we change places, and I start singing on my favorite part.
"No one's gonna take me alive! Time has come to make things right! You and I must for our rights! You and I must fight to survive!"
The bass joined in as we both sang the second part.

Suddenly, my guitar goes crazy as I start flying in the air, lightning bolts appearing from my guitar. I yelped but I still sing and grind my guitar!
The crowd gasped as I do the solo, and my friends in the band stare at me while they also do the song.
"No one's gonna take me alive! Time has come to make things right! You and I must fight for our rights! You and I must fight to survive!"
We resumed right till the end, as my power thingy or whatever died out at the end, a giant flash appeared as me and I guess everyone else was blinded.
"OH GOD MY POOR EYES-" I yell as my eyes suddenly dim. I feel... exhausted.
I don't know what happened after that, but I guess I got knocked out from whatever that power thing was.

My eyes jolt awake as I frantically search where I am...wait why is this place so futuristic?
"Uh, well this is odd." I say I get up.
"Now that I think about it, isn't this place...Japan? Or was it Shanghai..." I say as I accidentally walk into someone.
"Ow-" I said as the person who I walked into fell back.
