A/N P.O.V.

You were in the middle most seat of the class talking to your best friend, suddenly your professor entered as everyone stood up as a gesture of respect. He gestured everyone to settle down and stood in the middle of the class.
Prof : "Good morning everyone! Well my class, my lovely students I have a good news for you all."
You looked at Hyunjin excited about the announcement.
Prof : "So, as everyone present here knows about the yearly scholarship competition, I would love to announce that this time our college had changed some rules regarding that. This year the winners of the competition will be given a chance to meet the sponsors of the college and if you get selected by them you may get a chance to work in their company in future"
You smiled widely hearing the news and said.
Y/N : "Sir but when will this competition start?"
Prof : "Good question.....So class this competition will start after two days. There will be 3 stages of the competition. The first two stages will include some tasks which would be alloted by the best senior professors of our college and the final task that is the task for the last stage will be selected by the sponsors themselves. At the end of the competition only 4 students will be allowed to sit infront of the sponsors and give interviews."
You looked at Hyunjin smiling widely.
Y/N : "You know what I am thinking right?"
Hyunjin : "Of course! I am in."
Prof : "Hyunjin kindly get up from your seat and distribute these forms among the class"
Hyunjin got up from his seat and distributed the forms among the class before getting on his seat.
Prof : "I hope everyone had got their forms. Remember you all have 2 days to submit your forms. Let's meet in the competition now"
The prof said leaving the classroom meanwhile you looked at Hyunjin with excitement saying.
Y/N : "FINALLLYYYY!!! I'm so happy right now i had been waiting for this since long. I hope i get selected for the interview. "
You said with hopes in your eyes looking at Hyunjin.
Hyunjin : "You'll definitely get selected no actually we will definitely get selected. I trust us. We'll work hard for our achievement"
Y/N : "Yes but for that we need some books let's meet in the library tomorrow"
Hyunjin : "That one near station right?"
You nodded smiling while he ruffled your hairs and gave you a thumbs up in agreement.

MEANWHILE.......

Jungkook was on his seat carefully examining the files just completed by the employees standing infront of him moving his chair to and fro with his leg while the employees stood their nervously praying for their life. Suddenly Jungkook stopped moving his chair and looked at them making them gulp, but they sighed in relief as he said.
Jungkook : "Good...I'm impressed by three of yours performance you guys are improving....anyways you all can leave now once this deal is done i'll give you all your credit"
He said softly throwing the file on his desk. The employees bowed before leaving while Taehyung entered his office giggling making him role his eyes.
Taehyung : "Hey baby"
Jungkook : "Shut up hyung not again"
He said and rolled his eyes once again while Taehyung chuckled saying.
Taehyung : "Ok fine....I'll just get to the point."
He said taking his seat and continued.
Taehyung : " Did you send the approval of sponsorship to that college?"
Jungkook's eyes were glued on his laptop as he replied
Jungkook : "Hyung just manage that sponsorship thing i don't wanna waste my precious time in that i have many deals pending i'll work on that"
Taehyung sighed saying.
Taehyung : "So you mean you won't come with me on the interview day"
Jungkook shook his head working on his laptop.
Taehyung : "Are you for real Jungkook? This might be just a sponsorship thing to you but for those students and their family who are working for the competition this means a lot. The first step towards their career and you know it better although your mom-"
He suddenly paused realizing his words while Jungkook bumped his fist on the desk saying.
Jungkook : "Hyung i'm warning you no need to talk about my mom my past please....please just....i'm sorry but you know I-i"
He sighed controlling his anger while Taehyung said apologizing.
Taehyung : "I'm sorry i didn't mean to say all these its just i got carried away in the conversation.
Jungkook shook his head calming himself down and wiping the only tear through the corner of his eyes saying.
Jungkook : "Its fine Hyung its neither your fault leave i'll come with you"
Taehyung smiled keeping his hand on Jungkook's shoulder and said before leaving.
Taehyung : "Be ready next week then"
Jungkook nodded while Taehyung left, but as soon as he left Jungkook closed his eyes.

FLASHBACK...

A woman was shouting on his 8 year old son.
Woman : "All men are same you are same as your father a loser bloody loser. You know what either run away from me like your father or go earn for me!!! Understand "
The lady slapped the boy making him shiver before leaving him out in the cold winter. He banged the door begged her to open the door but she didn't react.

Jungkook opened his eyes as few tears rolled down his cheek but suddenly his mood as his phone rang with the contact saved as "Dad".
Jungkook : " D-dad"
