you and tsireya were already waiting at the beach, the sulis said they would be here 10 minutes ago? they suddenly came running out, kiri and lo'ak trying to control their breathing. neteyam let out a soft chuckle, "guys it wasn't that bad." "what wasn't that bad?" you quizzed. "they thought we would get in trouble for being late." you and tsireya started laughing. "no way!" tsireya exclaimed, still chuckling. we signaled them to come and sit down as we taught them our breathing technique. you could see that neteyam was struggling so you went over to help him. "breath in." you said as you placed one hand onto his lower stomach and the other on his heart. "and out." you said, his heart was beating fast. "try and slow down your heartbeat, neteyam." he nodded, obviously nervous.
