Emran connects with the archetypes of chaos and deception.
Emran is said to have no identifiable form as he changes at will. Emran is held by many to be evil, however, his followers assert that when god and man are threatened with death it is Emran that saves them.
Emran has no formal church, but is widely worshipped as a friend to all, despite the common perception that Emran sows destruction and discord with his tricks and deception.
For good or evil, Emran is said to irritate any that he can. When a craftsman misplaces his hammer it is said that Emran can be found giggling nearby. When a child is lost in the mist of a mountain morning it is Emran that brought them out, and Emran who brings them home.
Despite his trickery and chaos, Emran abhors death, and the idea of death. He is said to frequently rescue particular mortals so that he can have fun making sure that they never find precisely what they are looking for at home.
