It was another peaceful morning as [Name] woke up to the sudden blaring of his phone's alarm. A groan left his lips at this but he moved to grab his phone from beside him nonetheless, the time displaying an ungodly hour of the day.

His mind was pretty hazy about the practice match they did last night but the one thing he could clearly remember was the loss they faced in the second set. Although everyone did their best, they were still high school kids playing against adults with years of experience on them.

He expected to feel a bit bitter at the loss. He wanted to feel something about the loss, but nothing came other than tiredness. Maybe it was because it was a simple practice match or that he was only put in the game for at least a few rounds but in the end, he couldn't help but feel disappointed at the lack of fire ignited within him.

Sighing, the teen twisted and turned in his bed with his phone in hand. He did his daily commissions in the multiple games he maintains before sitting up in a groggy manner.

Why does he have to get up for school? Why couldn't he just stay in bed and played games forever?

Life was unfair.

Stretching his arms up, [Name] let out a small yawn before turning to look down at the soft fur rubbing against his legs. As he did so, a small smile appeared on his face.

"Choki Junior." [Name] greeted the white persian cat with a small smile. The cat merely sat down and tilted his head up at his owner with a small meow, the small purple bow on its head bobbing as it did so.

"Are you hungry?" An affectionate tone overtook [Name]'s usually bored one as he rubbed the albino cat on the chin. The satisfied purr the cat let out made him smile a bit as he got up to feed his only companion in the house.

Ah, correction. One of his two companions in the house.

"Good morning to you too, Choki senior." [Name] greeted out to the small cactus he has situated on the windowsill near his bed. The cactus has been with him since the start of middle school and while he would've gotten more plants, taking care of anything other than a succulent was very high maintenance and too tiring for him.

Shaking his head, [Name] opened a drawer before pulling on the huge sack of cat food that Choki Junior seems to be so fond of. He'd usually buy big amounts of everything so that he didn't have to go to the store too many times.

The rustling of plastic could be heard as [Name] opened the sack causing Choki Jr. to meow even louder in response. While the persian cat was very well-behaved most of the time, food was the only thing you couldn't get him to calm down for.

"Wait a second." [Name] scolded his pet softly before finishing up scooping the right amount into the cat's silver bowl. Placing the container down, the cat was quick to approach it and start eating.

A small smile appeared on the lazy teen's face at the sight before feeling his own stomach grumble. Ah, right. He also has to eat.

What a pain.

Sighing, [Name] started to make his way towards his fridge before taking out a small juice and slurping on it. He'd grab a small piece of bread later before he leaves so for now, the juice will have to satisfy him enough while he gets ready for school.

Once done with the drink, he immediately took a quick shower and put his uniform on. Just like what Nishinoya said during his first appearance, the Karasuno uniforms were indeed comfortable.

Although in his opinion, white would've suited him more. That's why he quickly pulled on a soft white hoodie for him to wear. Looking in the mirror, he deemed himself presentable enough before grabbing his bag and getting a small piece of bread.
