Kagome was sleeping peacefully underneath her pile of blankets that looked like a nest, but then Mk barged into the room jumping up and down of excitement.
"FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!" He yelled excitedly jumping on her bed.
Kagome groaned but sat up slowly smiling at her energetic gremlin.
"FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!! Come on mom! It's my first day of school!!!!"
"Ok, ok, calm down my little gremlin. Besides what 'yawn' time is it?" Kagome asked rubbing her eye's looking at the clock, it was still early before he would start school.
"You know you don't have to be at school for another hour right?"
"I know I'm just really excited is all!" Mk said with the brightest grin. Kagome chuckled and pulled him into a hug making him squeal as she kissed him all over his chubby face.
"Mom! Stop! We have to make sure I have everything!" Mk said giggling as he tried to get out of her grasp. Kagome huffed pouting.
"Ok party pooper. Just let me get ready ok shorty."
She let Mk go as she went to get ready in the bathroom.

It had been half a year since Mk came into her life, and honestly she couldn't be more happier. Pigsy and Tang had become like uncle's to the boy. That and her hair has gotten longer, she thought about cutting it short but Mk immediately stopped her saying that he liked her hair long so here she is with her long snow white hair.
At first Kagome wasn't too kin on letting Mk go to school but Tang told her it was important for him to get a good education, she still didn't like it but she had no choice and the fact her little gremlin was so excited about it she really couldn't say no.
After Kagome was done Mk was patiently waiting for her. He was wearing his favorite yellow Monkey King jacket and his red backpack. Kagome put a hand on her chin in thought.
"Mom? Is something wrong?"
"Feels like your missing something?"
Mk tilted his head in confusion he was sure he had everything he needed. The white haired female used her magic to summon a red bandana and tie it around his head moving some of his hair. Backing up she smiled and showed him.
"There we go. What do you think?"
Mk smiled hugging Kagome. "I look so cool! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!" The white haired female laughed ruffling his hair.
"Well let's go down and show the others I bet they'll love it." She said as Mk held her hand practically dragging her down the stairs with excitement.
Tang was eating his noodles when he spotted his sort of nephew coming down stairs pulling Kagome in tow.
