Life sucks

Bailey's POV

I woke up to my alarm blaring, I rolled over and clicked off as I sat up and yawned. I got out if bed and walked over to my closet debating on what I wanted to wear today. I grabbed a gray hoodie and some black jeans. after I got dressed I went into the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and washed my face then I grabbed the flat iron from off the shelf and did me hair. I threw on a beanie and started applying eyeliner to my eyes when there was a loud bang on the door, it was my brother he yelled "hurry up!" I said "wait." He yelled " no matter how much make up you put on you'll still look like a troll so it's no use." I sat my eyeliner pencil on the side of the sink and yelled "fuck off, gosh!" You could hear him laughing outside the door I swear he loves to get on my nerves I thought to myself. after I finished my makeup I walked out into the kitchen my brother was sitting at the table eating. my mom had cooked breakfast and she handed me a plate as I was pouring the syrup on my pancakes my brother grabbed a piece of his toast and chucked it at me it hit me dead in the forehead leaving a couple crumbs I yelled " what the hell is wrong with you?!?" and my mother turned around shocked. she said "bailey that is no way to talk to your brother." I mumbled "well he's a fucking idiot." she put her hand on her hip and said "excuse me what did you say?" I looked up and said "nothing." I stood up and walked in my room I grabbed my converse and pulled them on. I looked at the clock on the wall and seen it was 8:30 I was supposed to be at school by now the bell rings in five minutes. I ran out of the house and down the street.
I arrived at school at 9:15 I walked into class staring at the floor trying to get to my seat without being noticed when Mckayla yelled " mr.Collins someone is here." he turned from the board and in a deep voice said " miss Young why are you coming in late." I said "well I usually take the bus and.." Mckayla cut me off by saying " and the bus driver seen her outfit and didn't want such and ugly thing onboard." she giggled and the whole class roared with laughter I felt my face get red and I ran to my seat in the back of the class. I grabbed out my diary I usually right in it when I'm upset.

Dear Diary,

The bitch strikes again she got Me caught when I came in late and she mad a joke about my clothes. the whole class started laughing... even Tyler. I wanted to cry right then but I can't not in front of her she'd hold it above me till I die. I can't believe Tyler laughed he usually doesn't bother getting involved at all, but he's been hanging with her clique lately.she probably already infected him with bitchitis, my future husband can't be a complete asshole

Bye diary for now.

I closed my diary and grabbed out my sketch book most of it was filled up but I managed to find an empty page. I sketched out a pretty accurate drawing about my feelings now. when class ended I headed for my locker so I can get my science books. I walked to class feeling defeated and like crap. when the bell rang mrs.colter said "class we will be getting new seats and partners. she went down the list "Abby and Ariana, jake and trey, bella and Sophie,Payton and Juliet,'' then she called my name "bailey and..." I prayed not Amanda, kylee or Sabrina they're Mckayla's little henchmen. but what she said next surprised me even more she said "bailey and Tyler." I felt my heart stop beating and everything around me froze what?!? I thought I looked over at him and he smiled at me. now my heart was beating out of my chest. after she went through the names she said "group up and find a desk." I sat in the back where I used to sit and he came over and sat by me. he said "hey, how are you?" Avoiding eye contact I said " fine." He looked down at my notebook and their was just awkward silence then he said " you ok, like...from this morning in class, I feel bad for what Mckayla said, If- if it mean anything I think you looked great." my eyes widened did he really just say that?? I looked at him and said "really?" he smiled and said "yeah." for the rest of class i tired to play it cool but I couldn't stop thinking about what he said.
After class it was lunch period I walked into the cafeteria and grabbed my food I just had a plain salad and a water. I was looking around the cafeteria for Tyler to see if he was with Mckayla and I soon found out he wasn't. as I was walking frantically searching my eyes moving from side to side I didn't realize I was approaching Mckayla who was just standing there on her phone and I smacked dead into her making her tray fly up and us fall down. all eyes were on us and to make matters worse her tray came down on my lap and I had tomato soup all down my pants now. Mckayla screamed when a drop of tomato soup splattered and landed on her cheek. she had Amanda grab a warm towel and wipe it. I just sat there covered in soup and hating life. then before Mckayla walked away she said " you're such a clumsy loser, and your outfit looks much better now." she giggled and left.
