Later that day Lemon and Louie went hunting. They were up in a tree stand near the Snyder's old trailer park property. Louie had walked the grounds yesterday trying to figure out where this person was.

Her eye was in her scope, looking out across the trees towards one particular trailer. It did not appear to be abandoned by the looks of the grounds around it, but Louie was sure that was where they were.

Lemon's feet were dangling off the tree stand and she was reading.

"Lemonade sweetie, you doing okay over there?" Louie asks as she continues to look through the scope.

"Yes Louie I'm okay, I'm with you. But did you wear your contacts today?" She giggles

"You think you're so funny Lemon." She says aggravated.

Lemon reaches over and touches Louie. Even after all this time she still felt attraction to her but mostly she realized that she felt safe.

"It's okay Lemonade. You're always safe with me." She allows Lemon to hold her leg, knowing it made Lemon feel safe.

"Okay I have the scope right on there so we will see if anything happens.

"So now what." Lemon says.

"We wait a little bit to see what they are up to."

"Okay."

"Well." Lemon says. Scared a little and sweating

"It's okay Lemonade, no need to sweat."

Hallie and Carson were boarding their flight to Talkeetna.

"How is it that after all this time, I never knew a thing about Lemon's life." Hallie says.

"It obviously was purposeful." Carson says frowning.
Carson begins reading more of the book Lemon was writing. it detailed a lot of the nights when Louie was there.

"Anything new in there?" Hallie asked.

"It's just a lot of memories it seems, it's not yet organized like I would think Lemon would organize it."

"Are you surprised she wrote about it?" Hallie asks

"Not surprised, I kind of always thought Lemon would write one day, I just didn't know she had a story to tell." She had tears

"Carson, it's okay." She holds Carson's hand

"Thanks for being here Hal, I'm so glad to have met you and have you through all of this.

"You're welcome but I have been thinking."

"What's that."

"How will we know where to go when we get there?"

"Good point but Lily did say mention that Louie said she worked at a family restaurant?"

"How big could Talkeetna be?"

"Well I read that the mayor is now a cat."

"I'm sorry what?"

"Yes a cat named CHEDDA."

"CHEDDA." Hallie says, laughing

"Yes and it belongs to the owner of a very popular "drinkery" in town. It's called the Roadhouse."

"Dear lord, is that where we're headed first?"

"Well wouldn't it be just like Lemon to get some bourbon to start her trip."

"Yes, yes it would."

"A cat though?" Hallie asks

"Ya know, I can't even be surprised about anything anymore." Carson says.

"True, how about a drink?"

"Yea, how about that drink."

Carson asks for a bourbon, and Hallie says
"Give me a bourbon too, I have a feeling where where going I'm going to be making more than just an adjustment to bourbon."

"True, Alaska is it's own place."

"It's very own place that somehow Lemon knew."
