*THE NEXT DAY*
Eli's pov~
Haru was sitting on his desk as usual and there were people gathered around him obviously...
But I saw something... Even though he was between these people he looked like he was alone.... To be utterly honest many a times I've caught him daydreaming or just looking into empty space... God knows what that pretty head has been thinking.....
Eli heads to his seat beside Haru and starts to read the book sent to him by -
Haru : Heyyyy!!!! Eliii!!!!! Dude you should've told me ur here I almost missed you haha (Haru smiled while talking to Eli).
Eli : Oh yeah I thought you're busy so....
Haru : Anyway... Can I have ur contact number... Like seriously I noticed yesterday that I don't even have ur contact so...want to put ur number in?
Eli : (Hesitating) Oh...ahhh...yeah suree...here....(types in his number on Haru's phone)... that's me haha.
Haru : So I can contact you anytime I want right? I hope ur fine with me calling you and stuff?
Eli : Y..Yea-
Before Eli could finish saying anything a familiar and loud voice interrupts him
"No!!!! You can't call him anytime you want!!!!"
Eli was surprised to see that his one and only friend was back. She ran towards him to hug him.
Eli : Emily!!!! When did u get back haha... it's so good to see u back!!!
Haru was speechless to see Eli so bright and hug a girl at that.... he's only ever seen Eli being alone so this was new to him (He was actually too stunned to speak lol).
Emily : What is this Eli!! Are you cheating on me now... giving ur contact to some handsome dude and everything!!! Damn I need to talk to aunty about this and how u ditched me for some guy!!
Eli : Emi!!!! S-stop!!! Just don't say a word to mom ...and I just... he's a new student so I am helping him out... And stop talking nonsense... people will misunderstand things so just SHUT UP?
Emily : Well hello I came back from my trip late because of the cancelled flight and this guy is tryna steal u from me... How can I tolerate that my sweet innocent Eliiii~
Eli : Ugh you...stop embarassing me will you!!!! Anyway don't u dare call mom or I am blocking you for real this time...I am SERIOUS!!!
Emily : Alright!!! Alright!!! But you handsome boy... don't you try anything with my Eli... I know he's crazy pretty but that's about it. You better stay put...are we clear???!!!
Haru: I....just...
Eli pushes Emily out of the class and tells her to go away and gets back to his seat.
Haru : Eli, I-
Eli : Haru!!! I'm so sorry she's just been like that since childhood...just ignore her please sigh what a racket she pulled as soon as she's back.....anyway we good right?...she was just kidding!
Haru : Uh..yeah... we good don't worry about it.
Eli : Yeah. Okay.
Haru: So, is she your girlfriend or what haha.
Eli : Wh-what!!? Girlfriend??? Her!!! No!!!! Not at all...
Haru : Oh okay I thought she is..
Eli : She is just a childhood friend of mine...They lived next door to us... I mean my parents place. She's like a little sister to me and she is kinda protective of me... that's why the exaggerated stuff... She is my only friend so she's spoiled rotten haha I hope you-
Haru interrupted Eli
Haru : It's okay Eli you don't have to explain me anything haha... I was just curious and get that she's ur friend... Don't worry about it no offence taken!
(Haru winks at Eli with a grin obviously making Eli blush)
Haru's pov~
Oh damn Eli has a girlfriend I guess....he didn't look it...well they do look good together... I thought he'd be single tho- wait what....why was I hoping or thinking he'd be single.... Damn get a grip Haru!!!
Emily : But you handsome boy... don't you try anything with my Eli... I know he's crazy pretty but that's about it. You better stay put...are we clear???!!!
Haru : I....just...
Eli takes Emily away with him
Well aren't they close.... And well she isn't wrong he is pretty.... I never knew he could smile like that or make that face... I guess he make that face in front of the people he loves or adores haha.... I wish I could've made him smile that way too....wait what!!!! What am I thinking haha... I guess I need something cool to clear my head lol ...
Eli tells Haru about Emily meanwhile Haru tells him it's okay and Eli doesn't have to explain anything to him and winks at him with a grin...as Eli blushes haru thinks to himself..
"Oh damn did he just blush... haha isn't that just adorable....heh I wish I could just-"
