"Reo!" There were practically stars in your eyes as you caught sight of the purple haired boy in school uniform.

"!!"

"I'm so glad you're back!" You smiled at him, "Is everything okay?"

"O-oh yeah haha it's fine." Saying goodbye to his friends, reo walked up to you.

The two of you made your ways to the first class of the day. Reo walking slightly ahead while you trailed after him. The smile on your face was incomparable to the one you had when you were with kira the past few days.

Many heads turned on your direction when the two of you entered the classroom.

"Reo-chan! you're back!" A group of girls rushed over, greeting the boy.

Choosing to ignore them, you slid into your seat while reo sat in his.

"Reo, let's have lunch together!" Your ecstatic voice brought the purple haired boys attention away from his work.

"oh sorry y/n but I have to catch up with my work..." Reo apologised.

"hm that's fine, i'll stay and help you with it!" It didn't bother you that you would be missing lunch.

Bringing your chair closer to his, the two of you started on the worksheets.

Half an hour had passed and the classroom was completely empty apart from the two students who were hunched over a few pages of writing.

After you gave him a brief explanation on the project, he seemed to have gotten the gist of it because he stopped asking questions and was furiously writing away.

You stared into his purple eyes, hypnotised by his beauty. It looked like galaxies had made their home in them. They were mesmerising and absolutely beautiful to look at. To take someone's breath away while getting lost in the labyrinth which is Reo Mikage's eyes.

"y/n? earth to y/n?" Reo waved his hand in front of the daydreaming girl.

"..huh?!" Sitting up straight, you moved back a little from him, just no noticing the way you were leaning closer to him.

"Sorry, I just had a question about the work." He smiled at you.

His smile was beautiful too. Everything about him was beautiful. Perfect.

Since Reo returned, Kira had backed off a little. Not too much though, he still lurked in the shadows following you everywhere you went during break. And, occasionally asking you to partner up for work. You couldn't really turn down his offer though, reo would always look for nagi and everyone else had their own friends.

So here you were, once again, having to endure the annoying babbling from the white haired male. History wasn't something you were interested in, nor something you were good at.

But it seemed that the universe knew just that and decided to grace you with some luck. "Huh I didn't know you were this good at historical facts."

Nope, you tried to be civil with him and get along but after saying that sentence you almost wanted to throw up and crawl away. Note to self, never try to compliment a guy named Kira ever again.

"Haha, yeah I do my best." He gave you a sickening smile.

oh haha alright, your face is more than enough to laugh at.

You mocked his expression and words in your mind, giving him a look up and down when his attention was elsewhere.

Since he had the work all covered, you just leaned back in your chair relaxing yourself. Scanning the classroom, your eyes landed on the purple haired boy once again. He was happily chatting away with Nagi, a hand over his shoulder and a wide grin on his face.

You only wished that he would smile at you that way too.

By some psychic powers, Reo's gaze was suddenly locked onto you. He didn't do it intentionally, he just looked up and the first thing he saw was your slightly annoyed face.

Ah, right. You had all the rights to be annoyed at him, after all, he was quite the jerk towards you. Disappearing for days without a word and then coming back acting all friendly, giving you mixed signals all the time.

Well not really, but that's what Reo Mikage thought. Your annoyed expression was honestly all because of the stupid partner on your side.

You blinked twice when you realised that reo was also looking at you. After a few seconds you had completely zoned out, only to come back to those pretty purple eyes staring right into your soul.

Just as the staring was getting a little too awkward, Kira tapped your shoulder. (ew) You clicked your tongue in annoyance before turning over to him with a discreet glare.

"Are you okay? I called your name twice."

"..." Your eyes flicked up and down again, judging his entire being with disgust. "perfectly fine."
