My eyes slowly opened as I found myself in an unfamiliar building, the scent of fresh bread invaded my nose as a light orange hue was invading the room I was in through the window. Looking slowly around I found myself on three chairs pushed together in the middle of a bakery and as my eyes looked at the produce my stomach rumbled. "That looks so nice..." I said to myself as I remembered what had happened "Oh yeah, the lightning god." I said to myself as I heard a set of footsteps descend stairs into the room I was sleeping in, looking over I immediately got in a fighting stance until I saw some familiar pink leggings on the approaching figure. I let out a sigh of relief as my classmate found herself fully into the room.
"Oh good you're awake Pawnsnip." Marinette smiled as I sighed getting out of the fighting stance.
"Yeah I'm glad about that too, didn't want my life to end to something like lightning." I laughed as an attempt of relieving the tension though Marinette frowned at this.
"Don't make jokes like that, even the thought of a friend dying makes me upset." She pouted as I shrugged.
"I mean death is inconsequential anyways so what's the biggie?" I asked, completely forgetting that this universe doesn't have any dragon balls.
"What the hell Pawnsnip, that's a terrible thing to say!" Marinette shouted as I remembered the previously mentioned fact.
"Uhhh it was a joke?" I said trying to think on my feet.
"I don't care if it was a joke, I was worried you were seriously hurt and now you joke about your own death!" Tears started forming in Marinette's eyes as I felt guilty for what I said, living in Conton City really made me take stuff like this easy, what if Trunks or Brianne died how would I feel then?
"I-Im sorry, I've seen countless deaths where I lived before moving here so I have a hard time not being casual about it," I apologised as I looked away "Sorry, didn't mean to upset you Marinette." I apologised as my classmate sighed.
"Don't apologise, just don't make a joke about that again." Marinette said tears still in her eyes as she sat down on one of the chairs that I was previously sleeping on.
"How did I get here?" I asked Marinette as she looked at me with a look like she practiced what she was about to say.
"Ladybug and Cat Noir quickly left after Lightning God was defeated and Sun Wukong vanished leaving you in the town centre. The police wasn't sure where you lived because you're so new to the city so they brought you here cause we have been seen together alongside Adrien and Alya." Marinette said, I knew she was Ladybug so in all likeliness she persuaded Adrien to take his sleeping body back home but brought me here so it wouldn't seem suspicious.
"I see, well thanks for taking me in." I said before sitting next to Marinette, though there was an empty chair between us.
"No need to worry, it's what friends do." Marinette said softly.
"So that was an akumatised villain first hand, it was terrifying." I lied softly as Marinette chuckled.
"Maybe, but you got through it and I know you did better then you think." She smiled trying to cheer me up, to say I was happy was a lie but it wasn't the villain attack which got to me.
"Well...I have to go back home, Mom will get worried if I stay here too long." I softly said as I got to my feet.
"What's the relationship like with your mom anyways? Both times we met outside yours you were thrown out of a window its not...a bad relationship is it?" Marinette asked as I just let out a chuckle. "You know, I'm not sure either. We may get into tussles every now and then but I know we've always got each others backs, its like our friendship," I paused, seeing Marinette look at me confused "We may get in fights, like we did just now but we're friends so I know in the worst situation possible you'll always have my back and I'll always have yours." I smiled before turning away and taking a few steps towards the front door, not looking back.
"U-Umm see you at school tomorrow Pawnsnip!" Marinette called out as I simply put my hand up and waved before I left the bakery.

When I got home I had a worried and angry Brianne De-Chateau waiting for me, I explained the situation to her and she quickly understood there was nothing to worry about on my end however she still scolded me for not taking more care when talking about death. That was it for the eventfulness of that night though, we ended the night training a bit before heading to bed.

The next morning Marinette and Alya was waiting outside the window I was consistently thrown out of talking with each other. "Its five minutes past the usual time, you think he is alright? He had a tough day yesterday." Alya asked as Marinette looked at the window, almost staring.
"He was fine when he left mine last night, or at least I thought." Marinette said softly.
"I guess even guys as tough as Pawnsnip can be weak in some cases." Alya sighed.
"Excuse you, I am not weak at all." I said, having snuck round the back of the building to get behind the duo and scare them.
"Woah!" The two exclaimed as I started laughing before I was slapped by Alya.
"Why did you do that?!" Alya screamed at me.
"Can't a guy have a little fun?" I continued to laugh.
"Not when he scares us!" Marinette joined the shouting.
"But-" I went to retort when my backpack landed on my head after being thrown out of my window.
"You forgot your bag you ape!" I heard Brianne shout out of my bedroom window.
"Thanks Bri!" I called out as Brianne stuck her head out of my window glaring at me.
"For the last time, its mother to you!" She shouted glaring at me before noticing Marinette and Alya.
"Not like youre my real mom." I muttered under my breath, though both my friends heard this.
"What was that? Wanna say that to my face, whatever you just said?" Brianne shouted back.
"No thanks I'm fine, see ya!" I shouted back as I started running away, accidentally using more of my power then I needed to as I took off at speeds faster then most cars hurrying to the school.

Quickly making it to the classroom I sat at my seat looking at the clock, I successfully made it to class fourty minutes early...and abandoned Marinette and Alya back there...crap they're going to have questions. As these thoughts flooded my mind a hand placed itself on my shoulder which I quicky grabbed and threw over my shoulder pinning them to my desk but who I saw was a familiar Brown haired man with green eyes. "P-Please let me go!" He begged as I quickly let go of my classmate in the purple shirt, it was Shinteru the kid who was akumatised.
"Sorry, reflex." I simply said as I let go of him and he slowly got off of my desk.
"N-No need to apologise, I should be the one to say sorry." He stuttered as I tilted my head.
"What do you mean?" I asked curiously.
"I saw the news yesterday, I attacked you and used you as bait and I wanted to say sorry..." He apologised meekly as I shook my head.
"No need to apologise you weren't in control, though I thought people who were Akumatised don't remember what happened?" I asked remembering what Alya said.
"I-I don't remember exactly what happened, I just watched the news...but I remember what happened before and that's why I'm speaking to you." He slowly said as tears filled his eyes.
"What do you mean, what happened before you were akumatised?" I asked as the kid looked at me with teary eyes.
"Please help me save my brother, you're the only one I can ask." He cried leaving me stunned.
"What do you mean?" I asked as he continued.
"M-My brother was kidnapped by Hawk Moth and if I wanted him back I had to bring him something, I-I don't remember what he wanted but you're the only one I can ask. You handled yourself so well when I trapped you and I need your help!" He continued crying

"Help me save Irota!"
