"That's the second day in a row you've called! You must really miss me." Tony said sarcastically as his daughter picked up the phone.

Emma rolled her eyes while transferring her phone to her shoulder. She kept it balanced and pressed against her cheek as she talked so she could look at the tablet just handed to her.

"You called me. But since we're here, I want to know how Sokovia went?" She asked, her boots clicking with every step she took. Emma turned down the hallway and walked toward her lab.

"Snowy. We got Loki's scepter back-"

"Hello Miss Stark." JARVIS interrupted Tony, causing Emma to chuckle.

"Hi JARVIS." She smiled. "But anyways, the scepter's back?" She went back to the conversation.

"Right, basically Banner and I are gonna mess around with it. You're free to come and help us if you'd like." He offered.

"Honestly, I'm super busy over here. South Korea may have the cradle, but in my hands I hold the blueprint for something much bigger." She said excitedly.

"Nerd." Tony laughed.

"I am my father's daughter." Emma retaliated, laughing as she set the tablet down and grabbed a hold of her cellphone.

"Speaking of someone's daughter, guess what else we found in Sokovia?" Tony asked.

"Someone's daughter?" Emma sat down at her desk and grabbed a pen.

"Yes- but she's a product of human experimentation. Her and her brother both." Tony said.

"Are they like- cool? Or is one half orangutan?" Emma thought out loud.

"I want you to imagine the siblings from the Incredibles," Ton began.

"Oh, so he's fast and she turns invisible." Emma nodded.

"Yes and no. He is fast, but she's what you would expect if Wednesday Addams had super powers." Her father explained.

"Oh," Emma became less excited.

"But that's not the point! The point of this phone call was for me to invite you to the party I'm having this Friday." Tony finally said.

"Dad- I wish-"

"I never see you anymore! The last time I saw you was on your birthday which is in September and that was months ago." He whined.

"Maybe there's a reason for that." She joked.

"Ignoring that. Y'know, you work too much-"

"Miss Stark?" Lido Dokken, one of Emma's co-workers walked into her lab.

"Yes?" Emma asked, lowering the phone so her attention was given to Lido.

"There's a visitor here for you, he says its urgent," Lido told her.

"Send him in," She nodded. Emma put the phone back up to her ear. "Dad, I'm gonna have to call you back."

"But-" Emma hung up the phone and slid it into her blazer pocket. She cleared her throat and stood taller, wanting to seem professional and not just some twenty year old girl.

"Y'know, hanging up is ridiculously, really rude." He grinned as he walked into the lab.

"Dad! What the hell?" She asked, staring at him in shock.

"You're gonna break your old man's heart with that attitude." He joked, walking over and engulfing her in a hug.

"I mean- it's good to see you but why are you here?" She asked.
