Amelia drifted in and out of sleep as the night stretched. She twisted and turned on the blue-sheeted bed, having trouble sleeping. The teddy bear Alex and Elijah gave her sat beside her on the bed. She smiled at it. The door opened and closed quietly and Oliver walked in. He silently sat down on his desk and opened his computer to work on his stuff. He was studying to be an English teacher and had several projects and essays due.

Amelia pretended to be asleep, with her eyes closed and the sounds of Oliver typing on his keyboard in the background, eventually drifting off to sleep again. Oliver glimpsed at her after a while and smiled softly at the girl. He brushed a loose hair strand behind her ears and took a risk by leaving a soft peck on the girl's forehead.

"Goodnight," Oliver whispered to no one in particular, the gentle look in his eyes were reserved only for her. He shut off his computer after checking the time. It was well past three am. He's going to need some strong coffee the morning after.

Oliver changed into his pajamas and after making sure Amelia was covered with a blanket, he plopped down on the minicouch on the other side of his room. And then they both slept.

Until some time after in the ungodly hours of five am when their sleep was interrupted by a phone call.

Amelia sprung up on the mattress, her eyes searching in the dawn light for her phone currently playing a familiar ringtone, the one she had set for Sienna. Oliver groaned something quietly but Amelia couldn't make out what he had said.

"Sienna? Why are you up so early?" Amelia said, still trying to rub the sleep out of her eyes. Sienna's voice sounded coarse when she answered. If Amelia was tired before, she definitely wasn't now. Amelia grabbed a random jacket from Oliver's closet before the boy could say anything after hearing Sienna's reply and rushed to go. Oliver grabbed her arm, making the girl suddenly pause in her steps.

Oliver had intended on stopping her, it is still five am and it was honestly kind of dangerous to go out alone at this time. But after he saw the alarmed look in her eyes, he hesitated and sighed. He handed her a thicker jacket and threw one on himself.

"Grab your helmet, I'll give you a ride,"

They were probably speeding a bit. The two frantically looked for the distressed girl. They were both clueless on where the girl could be. Sienna did tell Amelia that she was staying at Liam's for the night but Amelia was unfamiliar with that part of the town where his apartment was. As far as she knew, Sienna wasn't familar either. They also wasn't sure which direction she ran and she was a fast runner.

Fortunately, it didn't take them too long to find her. Oliver parked his motorcycle and grabbed the emergency box after they both hopped down from the trunk. Amelia rushed to the other girl's side.

"What happened?" Amelia asked, wiping tears away with her fingertips, but the tears didn't seem to stop. Amelia took the box over from Oliver and took care of Sienna's knees. She gave Oliver a look and he nodded before running off to a convenient store nearby. Sienna gave Amelia an explanation of everything that happened and Amelia comforted the girl.

Oliver came back some time after with a box of tissues, chocolates, and ice cream. It was already seven by the time Sienna calmed down a little bit more. The black haired girl had fallen asleep in Amelia's lap after a round of ice cream, chocolates and a lot of tissues. Oliver tapped Amelia on the shoulder and pointed to the time. Amelia's eyes widened for a second, remembering the rehearsal she had today that was going to start in less than half an hour. She looked back between the still asleep Sienna and the time.

Before she could think of anything else, a car stopped in front of them and the windows rolled down, revealing a certain blonde.

Owen had heard from Oliver and offered to drive them home. Amelia propped the girl up by her shoulder and got her inside the car with the help of Oliver despite his awkwardness from not wanting to touch Sienna too much without her permission since it seemed Amelia didn't want to wake her up.
