She was there,
Nobody special.
She was always told
That she hides behind
A man,
Always dependant,
She wanted
To change.
Change the way
She thinks.
She wanted to prove;
To them
That she ;
Was not
The one who,
Woke up
In the middle of the night
Crying .... Trembling
Remembering that time
When she
Hid behind the cupboard
Ignoring their screams.
That she was not
The one who
Pleaded to anyone
To save
Her precious family.
