Spiderman: Heroes gone Goo

Chapter 1

It had been a week since Spiderman vanished from the Stark Expo and in that time a new Spiderman had come on the scene calling himself Kid Arachnid. He had all of Spiderman's abilities as well as two abilities he didn't have. He's been doing a fairly decent job at keeping New York City safe. Nobody has seen the original Spiderman in that time and Peter Parker has also gone missing which has all of his friends and Aunt May seriously worried. The only one who has an idea where he is, is Tony Stark but even that idea is limited to a general spot not specific. Currently at Horizon High, Miles Morales was working with Anya and Gwen to try and develop a way of tracking the V2-52 in order to attempt to find Spiderman and maybe find Peter Parker in the process. "Alright so according to this research from Max and Peter the V2-52 has a specific wavelength when it comes to energy and ... life signs no way, according to Peters research the V2-52 is a living thing." Said Gwen as she looked into the information from Peters research. They soon developed a scanner that could possibly track down the symbiote however when they turned it on thought they thought it was busted as the scanner was registering the symbiote at the school.

"This can't be right, let's see if Max has any suggestions on why this thing isn't working." Said Anya as she turned it off. As soon as she did though there was a huge explosion as something had definitely broken in. Miles, Anya, and Gwen all ran out of the lab only to see a much larger and scarier version of the Black Spiderman standing in the hallway with Max unconscious by Peter Parker's old lab. "Parker's tech ... where is Parker's Tech!!!" Roared the creature as it had apparently busted in from Peters lab window. "Hey ugly, I don't know who you are but you are most definitely not on the student list." Said Miles as he sicked his security robots on the creature. "We are Venom, we are superior, WE ARE YOUR DESTROYER!!!" Roared the beast now known as Venom as he destroyed Miles robot security guards. Venom saw Anya and Gwen run into the storage locker room where all confiscated and failed technology went. "Aw so that's where you put his tech." Said Venom as he began rushing the doors swatting Miles out of his way and into a lab door.

Gwen and Anya had a head start and once inside they sealed and locked the doors to hopefully buy themselves some time. "What could Peter have been working on that Venom wants so desperately." Said Gwen as they rushed to where Peters experiments were being held. "I don't know, but if I had to guess, it must be dangerous in his hands." Said Anya as they arrived and began looking through the few pieces of tech there. However they found nothing that seemed important. Only a few tracer prototypes, a wrist web shooter which is what gave Miles his shooter idea, and Peters jacket which had been recovered from the Stark Expo. As they were looking they heard what they knew to be Venom busting through the doors so they grabbed the actual technology leaving Peters jacket behind and then used the air vents to escape just as Venom got to the aisle. He walked over and saw the open vent before letting lose a loud roar. However to their surprise he didn't give chase and when they went to check he was gone as was Peters jacket meaning he failed in acquiring the tech, or at least that is what they all thought as none of them knew Peter had a small machine in his pocket the day of the Expo.
