7. FIGHT

" U know what I hate you the most in this world...."

Taehyung moved his face away from Jin's ear and glared at him. They remained in the same position as before. Jin, still reeling from Taehyung's words, couldn't control himself. He pushed Taehyung and grabbed his collar, saying angrily,

"What do you think? That I love you or something? Get out of your imagination! I hate you too, and that's from the very first day. You ruined my first day, and now you're ruining people's lives. You're such a bastard!"

Taehyung retorted, his voice rising, "You're crossing your limits! Do you know that? Can you tell me whose life I ruined? And being hit by a ball isn't a way to ruin someone's life! And since the day you arrived, you've been ruining everyone's life, especially mine!"

Taehyung grabbed Jin's collar, his eyes blazing with anger. Just then, the bell rang, and Taehyung smirked, saying, "You should thank the bell, because if it hadn't rung, your pretty face would be broken." He released Jin's collar and tried to remove Jin's hand from his own collar.

Jin was still trying to process Taehyung's words. As Taehyung turned to walk away, Jin stopped him, saying, "Just because you can't win in words, you'll use violence? Nice. Carry on. What I thought was right about you. Listen, Taehyung-shi, don't think I'm a weakling, okay? For your information, I'm a black belt in taekwondo, and with this hand, I've not only broken faces but also bones. So, yeah, you're free to try me too."

Jin walked away in the direction he was originally heading with Hoseok and Jungkook. Taehyung balled up his fist and muttered, "I'll make sure to really try you, Jin..."

In the classroom:

Taehyung sprinted through the corridor, realizing he had taken a wrong turn while fighting with Jin, making him almost five minutes late. When he arrived at the classroom, the class had already begun, but their Literature professor, being kind, allowed him to enter.

Now, Taehyung needed to find a place to sit. He wanted to sit beside Jimin, but when he looked, Yoongi was already sitting beside him. Jimin gave him a sad smile.

The class was packed, with many students having chosen Literature as their elective. The only available seat was near the window, where a boy was sitting, his face obscured as he gazed out the window. He was scribbling something in his notebook without looking at it. The guy's back seemed familiar to Taehyung, as did his clothes. However, his main concern was that Jungkook was sitting behind that desk.

Seeing Taehyung standing in the middle of the class, the professor asked, "What's the problem? Can't you find a place to sit?"

Meanwhile, Jin was busy scribbling in his notebook, staring out the window, oblivious to the class discussion. He wasn't feeling well, still reeling from his early morning fight with Taehyung and the hurtful words exchanged. He was also late to class and had to sit alone.

When Jin entered the class, Jungkook was already sitting beside Hoseok, who had saved him a seat in front of them. As Jin walked towards the seat, he glanced around the class and was shocked to see Jimin, sitting beside Yoongi with his head down.

Taehyung responded to the professor, "Yes, sir..." The professor scanned the classroom and told Taehyung, "Go sit beside Seokjin, then."

Jungkook was about to say something, but Hoseok held his hand, stopping him. Taehyung smirked, looking in their direction, and walked to the desk. The guy named Seokjin was still gazing out the window, scribbling continuously. Taehyung noticed that the guy seemed really familiar.

Jin was lost in thought, unaware of the presence beside his desk, until he heard the familiar deep voice say, "Hey, if you don't mind, can you move your bag from the chair? The professor told me to sit beside you since I couldn't find another seat."

Jin turned to face the voice, and both he and Taehyung were shocked when their eyes met. In unison, they almost exclaimed,

" YOU!!!!"

If you all are wondering whether Taehyung knew Jin's full name or not then the answer is no... If you all have read the previous chapters you all will be noticing that both Jungkook and Hobi used to call him Jin hyung and not Seokjin hyung so Taehyung made an idea that the new guy's name was Jin, so yeah Taehyung didn't have any idea what's Jin full name was....
