The car ride seemed as if it was going on forever or maybe it was just because he was bored of the ride, the only thing that amused him were the songs that played on the radio but then it started to bore him

Xandra checked on the two in the back, Cal was just staring out the window while victor was playing something on his phone, cal took notice of xandra and looked at her but then continued to stare at the window afterwards, Xandra just shrugged off their coldness and continued on driving until they reached where they were going to move in to

{Cal's POV}

I helped placing the boxes into our rooms while josh (xandra's friend) placed the boxes in each of our rooms and immediately realizing me and vic might have to share rooms, while xandra was contacting her workplace about our move

I went to my room and sat on the ground and taking my hoodie off before checking my phone to text my friend we've gotten here already

'That's cool, Maybe even meet that special someone there, who knows, maybe you will'  He texted, I knew what he meant by that but at the same time he does know I am incapable
, if I remember correctly, I reminded him that I am incapable of finding someone about 200+ times since we ever became friends

My brother started knocking on the door and then just burst in with a bright smile on his face,
"What the hell is goin' on?" I asked with concern and he just paused for a moment before rambling about the stuff on the fifth floor

"Slow down I can't understand a single thing you're saying, So.. The fifth floor is creepy, That's all I can understand from you" I always knew my brother was a bit obsessed with horror and paranormal stuff but not to this extent

"So, You comin' with me?" He stared intently at me waiting for my answer, "alright, But if I die, Tell xan to never open my computer" I snickered before getting up to wear my hoodie again and heading off to the elevator with my younger brother

While on the way up, I noticed there was a floor named "B" with a keycard slot, I looked over to my brother who was a bit excited about the floor
'Damn, If only I was as excited to go to creepy places as him' I placed one of my hands into the hoodie pockets as the elevator stopped at the fifth floor

"Vic, Don't run off" I immediately pulled my brother back by his shoulder to prevent him from running, "I won't, I won't" he put his hands up in a surrender

We stepped out the elevator and the entire place was busted up, As if it was abandoned or something, There was a sign that said 'this floor is currently being renovated' and I didn't bother reading the rest as my brother pulled me over to a room that was locked and moved onto a different room that was unlocked, I felt a immediate feeling of regret and fear before I unknowingly pulled my brother back as I stood there frozen

"You okay?" My brother looked at me as I stood there for a bit before harshly pulling him away from there and back to the elevator
"HEY! What's the big idea?!" I ignored my brother as I kept my hand on his shoulder before he harshly takes my hand off, "What the hell was that for??" He complained, before noticing I haven't been talking at all, normally he'd be irritating me for this and why I'm not responding but this time, He didn't

The moment we got back to our floor, I dragged him back to our room and slamming the door loudly, "what was going on in your small little head that gave you that going up there was a good idea?!" I yelled seemingly scared, I didn't know why but I felt scared up there, I felt vulnerable but I didn't know why
