Chapter 1

---------------Your P.O.V.--------------------

Traveling here first was probably a very bad idea. But I have to make a base set up for anyone else to join me here.

Quickly picking up my bags I started to make my way through the woods. 

"This is great, just great. I'm probably going to die out here..." I grumbled. "At least I have magic on my side just in case anything happens."

After a little bit of walking, I made it to a large fortress.

"Here we are! And I didn't get eaten so that's a plus!" I exclaimed as I made it to the gates. 

"Halt! Who goes there?!" Someone said as I got closer.

"Hm?" I looked up as I stopped. "Oh! Um, a traveler! I am here to see if I can have a place to stay for at least the night. If not longer? I promise to not cause trouble!"

As I looked up, I saw a soldier.

"This is the territory of the Inquisition! What is a traveler as strangely dressed as you doing here?" He continued.

"I'm here to hopefully sell information. If that is alright with your leader?" I smiled.

"What information do you have-" He started.

"Ah! I said with your leader." I interrupted. "Whoever they may be."

The soldier grumbled a bit. "Fine, but if you cause trouble you will be removed. Follow me." 

And with that, I was allowed in. Quickly walking to the soldier I noticed another walk out.

 They kept looking at me strangely. Well, I wouldn't blame them. I wasn't wearing the right clothes for this era. 

As I followed the soldier, I noticed more people looking at me. Starting to get nervous I kept my head down a bit and kept following.
