✿.-° ❀.-° ✿.-° 🌸 °-.✿ °-.❀ °-.✿An ordinary day in Konoha village, the birds were singing, the sun was shining and the sky was a bright blue.
Everything seemed to be in complete peace until....
-Let go!-
The cry of a little boy echoed through the quiet of the morning, scaring away the poor birds resting in the trees.
At the Konoha preschool two boys were fighting and arguing as usual, causing their teachers and classmates to lose their heads.
-No! It's mine!- the girl pulled one end of the toy hard.
-No! It's mine!- the blond boy imitated her and pulled the toy towards him.
Both first-born sons of two of the most important families in the village were fighting over a toy that each of them claimed to be theirs.
Everything has a reason, everything has a raison d'être and this occasion was no exception to the rule.
The reason they were fighting over a toy was because for some reason, their mothers had decided to give them the same toy, and now, one of those toys had been lost, and they were fighting to be the one to keep the surviving toy.
-Children, please don't fight, you are supposed to be friends and friends don't fight- you were the teacher in charge of the class to which the children who were now fighting belonged, and you tried to get them to put their quarrel aside and make up, but of course, that didn't work.
-I'm never going to be friends with an ugly girl like her!- the blond shouted in annoyance.
-Boruto!- you scolded him but the blond didn't pay attention to you.
You (as well as the whole village) were used to the fights of both children, for no one it was rare that the Uzumaki and the Uchiha would fight (everyone expected it when both children were born, because considering the relationship of their parents it was not surprising that their children were the same), it was common and they always ended up playing as best friends (which they were, but none would admit it out loud due to pride). Although sometimes there were times when the fights were too annoying and they had to call both children's mothers, but this was stopped when a couple of months ago on one of those calls something happened that blew your mind.
"-Oh, don't worry, that's normal, it's just kids fighting-" Mrs. Uchiha had said, at the time you could have sworn the doctor was having fun with the situation.
"-No need to worry miss, those two are identical to their parents, you will see that in a while they will be like nothing, after all, it's just a children's fight-" Mrs. Uzumaki replied Amused? Did she also agree with the Uchiha that they should let their children fight? What kind of mothers were those women for encouraging violence among their children? When you mentioned the latter to them, both women answered the same thing.
"-Don't get me wrong, I'm not in favor of them assaulting each other, but believe me it's better for them to let off steam like that than to suppress everything and end up physically assaulting each other, believe me it's not a nice scenario to see when that happens...-"
After that you didn't insist anymore and you just felt disturbed trying to imagine the scenario that both mothers had described to you, so without further ado, you let them both unburden themselves to each other, that yes, always under observation to make sure they wouldn't start hitting each other (although so far that hadn't happened) and sometimes you would intervene a little to try to calm them down when the arguments got too loud (loud enough for a couple of kids no more than five or six years old).
