Little Liar

"You said, you hate a liar, but you are a liar herself."

I stopped my track. How could I not? As soon as I stepped out from restroom, someone said those words.
The voice was none other than Jianyu's. He was leaning casually beside the toilet door.

"Uh, what do you mean?"

He then made a face of disbelief. His eyes stared at me intensely. It felt like he was seeing through me. Trying to break the shield I made.

"I don't hate you for pretending to be your friend during that blind date. But, I hate you for lying that you don't have feelings for me."

He stood up from the wall and walked towards me. His eyes didn't move from mine for a second. That of course made my heart beat even more erratic.

One hand reached out, tucking my hair behind my ear. Our breath seems to collide.

"W-what?"

"Am I...right?"

I did not know what to say. My body and mouth seemed to freeze.

Before I could answer, he was gone. I admit I'm such a coward. Everything he said was true. But what could I do? As someone who is very difficult to express something, admitting all that is not easy.

'But isn't this your only chance? How long do you want to be like this?'

Unknowingly my feet ran after Jianyu. I saw his figure walking towards the field where the other students were getting ready for sports lesson.

"W-wait!"

Just before his figure entered the field, he turned his head and stopped. When I arrived in front of him, he smiled. A smile as if he just won the lottery.

"Ha... yes. I....I like you. I like you a lot. Until I don't know what to do."

I Looked down after saying that. It felt like my face and ears were all red. This was he first time I express my feelings to someone.

A few seconds later, I felt my hands being held by a pair of warm hands. I slowly raised my head, my eyes immediately met his. A sweet smile graced his face.

"Dear, little liar, I like you. No, I love you so much. Will you be mine?"

I nodded and returned his smile. Before my heartbeat subsided, he did something surprising. He hugged me

Chen Jianyu hugged me.

From a distance I heard cheers and hands clapping. Ah, I forgot we were in the open.

"Hey you two! Are you guys going to cuddle all day instead of warming up?" One of the students shouted, it seemed he is the class president. Fortunately the teacher was not present.

We both stopped hugging. "Uh, uhm see you later I think?" I said.

"Yeah, see you later. Go back to your class before it's too late," He waved a little at me.

"Oh crap!"

I immediately ran to my class. How could I possible to forget about that crucial thing?

"Be carefull!"

I gave him an OK sign without turning at him.

But even if it's late, I don't care because I'm in a good mood. Thanks to certain someone.
