Blue Radiants origin. Part 1. Arthur was born to Doctor Peter Progme, and Janet Progme when both were in college. Arthur never really got much attention while growing up. When he was 13 years old and his parents were running their own lab company, Arthur came across a genetic substance. The substance was nanotechnology that was aimed to cure sicknesses and other unspecified things. But it hadn't been tested yet. Once Arthur saw the substance, the nano technology came after him, and absorbed themselves and his body. After several minutes, the Nanotech started changing his body. Curing him of any kind of sickness while also giving him superpowers.

Arthur's exposure to the nanotechnology had a profound impact on his physical and mental abilities. He gained the ability to control and manipulate energy, particularly blue energy radiations, which he could use for a variety of purposes. This included generating powerful energy blasts, creating force fields, and even levitating objects.

At first, Arthur was overwhelmed by his newfound abilities and struggled to control them. However, as time passed, he learned to harness his powers and develop new ones. To make matters worse the police and firefighters weren't really doing good at their job because they were becoming so dependent on him to save the day.

To make matters worse, his own parents were using him as a mascot to promote their school for gifted prodigies. Arthur was furious and speechless. When he confronted his parents about this, he was attacked by a brand new, super villain, calling themselves Red Radiant. Someone with the same abilities and powers, as him only much more stronger and deadlier

Arthur was devastated by the betrayal of those closest to him and the emergence of Red Radiant. He had always believed that his powers were a force for good, but now he saw the potential for them to be used for evil.

As he fought against Red Radiant, Arthur realized that he could no longer rely on his powers alone. He needed to be smarter, more strategic, and more resourceful if he was going to defeat this new threat. He began to develop new gadgets and technologies to aid him in his battles, and he sought out allies who could help him in his fight.

As Arthur dug deeper, he discovered that Red Radiant's real name was Alexei Petrov, a former Russian special forces operative who had been recruited by the agency for his skills. However, the experiment had left him with a burning desire for revenge, and he had turned against his former employers.

Arthur realized that he and Red Radiant were two sides of the same coin, both created by the same corrupt agency and both struggling to come to terms with their powers. He saw an opportunity to reason with Red Radiant and convince him to join forces against their common enemy.

After a fierce battle, Arthur managed to convince Red Radiant to put aside his vendetta and work with him to take down the agency. Together, they launched a coordinated attack on the agency's facilities, exposing their crimes to the world and bringing them to justice.
