In a cell in Tartarus prison we see none other than UA's own Izuku Midoriya now why is he here I hear you ask well allow me to explain
You see Izuku was framed for being the UA traitor by the LOV and the real traitor who's identity Izuku hadn't figured out yet but he has figured out how they framed him
HIMIKO TOGA
the villain known quite well to Izuku as simply Toga possessed a quirk that allowed her to take the form of anyone she desires so long as she has drank the persons blood and the more of the persons blood Toga drinks the longer her transformation will last anyway back to my explanation of how Izuku came to be imprisoned
So like I said Izuku was framed by the LOV for veing the UA traitor which was the furthest thing from the truth EVER I might add so the LOV used the spy they had planted inside UA to collect a sample of Izuku's blood which Toga then used to become him and then they filmed a fake video of Izuku passing information to Shigaraki and then posted it online
And when UA saw the video Izuku was expelled from UA blacklisted from every hero school in Japan and sent to prison without even so much as a chance to explain himself and what's worse is that AllMight Izuku's mentor took the quirk he had bestowed upon him before UA away from him that broke Izuku that even his mentor the one person he looked up to didn't believe him
NOW BACK TO IZUKU
We see Izuku laying on his bunk in an orange prison jumpsuit with his arm behind his head relaxing if you can even call a prison cell relaxing when suddenly his cellmate a man Izuku himself had put in here the hero killer stain came rushing in "IZUKU IZUKU IZUKU YOU GOTTA COME SEE THIS" Stain yelled as ge ran back to the common area
Now this worried Izuku because during his sentence he and stain had become quite good friends so Izuku was shocked to see his friend so jittery when he was usually cery calm and centred so this was very unusual for him so Izuku pushed himself up and went to see what stain was talking about and as he got to the common area of his wing of the prison he saw Shigaraki on the news
THE NEWS
"To recap for people who are just now joining us the LOV has just revealed that Izuku Midoriya the recently convicted UA traitor was not a traitor at all it was in fact a boy named Yuuga Aoyama another UA 1st year we now go live to a rooftop for the LOV's statement" the news anchor said before panning to a reporter who was on the scene "over to you Greg" the news anchor said gesturing to the reporter on the monitor behind him
"Thanks Tom now ladies and gentlemen what we are witnessing here is the group known the league of villains or LOV for short admitting to framing Izuku Midoriya as being the UA traitor let's listen in shall we" the reporter now known to Izuku and everyone else as Greg said as he got a little closer to the LOV members who were getting ready to admit to framing Izuku
"I am Tomura Shigaraki leader of the LOV and I framed Izuku Midoriya and this is how I did it see now the reason I did all of this was to prove that the hero system is flawed and imperfect in its operation so first I needed a target and I selected Izuku because he had interfered with my plans many times so ysing my friend Yuuga Aoyama who got me a sample of Izuku's blood which I then gave to Himiko Toga who used her quirk to transform into Izuku we then filmed a video which showed Toga disguised as Izuku handing me secret UA files which in reality were blank so there you have it your hero system is flawed and broken and to those at UA enjoy the fact that you knowingly put an innocent young man in prison" Shigaraki explained as he and the other LOV members then disappeared and the broadcast cut off
AT UA
We see class 1A aswell as Izuku's two children Eri and Kota along with UA staff watching the broadcast now horrified by their mistake everyone was silent until a certain explosive blonde spoke up "see I told you he was innocent but did ANY of you believe me NO did you FUCK and now you all look like ASSHOLES" Bakugo yelled at everyone making them turn their heads in disbelief because to their knowledge Izuku and Katsuki hated each other but in reality the two had known each other since childhood and considered each other brothers
"Why do you care Bakugo you hated Midoriya" the class president of 1A Tenya Iida said bluntly while moving his hands in a chopping motion "YOUR DEAD WRONG FOUR EYES" Bakugo again yelled before Eri hugged his leg "no yelling uncle Kacchan" Eri scolded Bakugo as he picked her up "I'm sorry snowball these guys are just idiots" Bakugo said glaring at everyone "yeah your all meanies who hurt my daddy" Eri said before sticking her tongue out at everyone and Kota then spoke up "my sister is right you all knew dad would never do this but you believed a dumb video over him and didn't even investigate I HATE HEROES" Kota yelled angrily
AT THE PRISON
Izuku was in his cell laying down on his bunk when the door opened revealing the warden and two guards "Midoriya on your feet" the warden instructed so Izuku stood up with his hands out ready to be cuffed "warden to what do I owe the pleasure visitors day is two days from now" Izuku said calmly with his hands still out waiting to be cuffed "no mr Midoriya it's not that you are being released and acquitted of all charges and your record has been wiped also myself aswell as the hero safety commission and Japanese government deeply apologise for our mistake and hope there's no hard feelings" the warden said honestly with her head bowed
"None at all warden we were all fooled by the LOV but now I'd like to go home and hug my kids" Izuku said with a soft smile and leaving a note for stain on his bunk before leaving
Time skip
Izuku had just been released and for the first time in 8 months was wearing his own clothes again

"Ahh finally my own clothes that jumpsuit was uncomfortable as hell" Izuku said as he was let out of the prison before being met by a bone crushing hug from none other than Inko Midoriya "ohhh Izuku I missed you so much how are you doing?" She asked the young man who was now quite a bit taller than her as she let him go "hi Inko I'm good all things considered but I just wanna get my kids and go home to my parents" Izuku said as Inko nodded "couldn't agree more let's go get them I'll call your dad and arrange a jet for us" Inko said as the two left the prison and drove towards UA for what would hopefully be the last time
