CHARLOTTE DUNNE: things never really were the same between eddie and me after that.
it had been only the next day. it was the bands last day in the studio. it only took them 6 days to record their album.
charlie woke up in graham's bed. she decided to stay back, after last night, and get some actual sleep.
she stumbled as she walked into the kitchen. she was waiting for her pop tart to come out of the toaster when she heard someone crying. charlie assumed there was no one in the house, so she was really confused.
charlie followed the crying, and it led her to billy and camila's room. and thats were she saw her. camila was sitting on her bed, with a small pink stick in her hands. she quickley realized that on that stick were two lines.
camila tried to contain herself but she just couldn't, not in front of charlie.
charlie walked over and sat next to camila, putting her arms around her, and gently pushing her head down on her chest.
"it's okay. it'll be okay." charlie comforted camila in the only way she could. "everythings gonna be okay."
camila sniffled before she spoke. "i don't know what were gonna do."
"i know." charlie said while comfortingly petting the top of camila's head. "but we'll figure it out, okay? and i'll be here for you no matter what you want to do."
camila sighed deeply, she nodded her head. "how am i gonna tell billy? i mean he's about to go on tour, and hes been so busy with the studio, and now he has to do a shit ton of press and stuff for the tour- i mean i won't get to see him for so long."
"you're allowed to wait cami, you don't have to throw it all out there right now. take some time and think about everything, and then when you, and only you think you're ready, then you can tell him."
camila just nodded. they sat there on the bed for a while that day.
CAMILA DUNNE: i was terrified. i didn't know what to do, or how i was ever going to tell billy, but charlie calmed me down a lot. she was the one who took me to my first doctors appoitment, and was there with me at my first ultrasound when billy couldn't make it. in some ways during my pregnancy it felt like charlie was the only one who was truly my friend. my sister.

it had been a couple of weeks, but no one had really noticed what was going on with camila and charlotte, because everyone had been out of the house. the band was leaving the next day, and camila was telling billy today.
charlie had been sitting outside. right there out on the grass, waiting for billy and camila to come tell everyone. to say she was nervous was an understatment.
of course, who other than eddie loving saw her out of his bedroom window, sitting there in the grass of their yard.
he walked outside. "hey, charlie. you okay?"
"why do you always say that, i swear to god eddie you must like care about me or something." charlie joked, not looking at him.
"never." he said whilst sitting down next to her.
charlie just sighed. "i'm excited for your tour." she changed the subject, adjusting her legs and giving eddie a smile. "wish i could come."
"you can you know. theres enough room on the bus."
charlie shook her head. "no, i gotta stay here." she couldn't see it, but a hint of dissapointment crossed eddie's face. "hey maybe i might actually do something with my life though. get a job, make some money, buy a cat."
