Mila Jay first appeared on TNA programming as a backstage interviewer in 2014 and became a full-time wrestler in 2015. She won the TNA Women's Knockout Championship in April 2015. She held the championship on a further two occasions, becoming the first person to win it three times. Mila joined part of the inaugural Mae Young Classic in 2017. She joined All elite Wrestling in 2019.
