Cale blankly stared at the imbecile.
"You are looking at me with a disrespectful gaze right now you brat."
Collecting himself, Cale stood straight and pleads...
"H-how could I, your majesty?! Scorning the emperor means disrespecting our pride and joy in the empire. Please forgive my actions right now!"
Felix looked at him bulging his eyes. Inevitable. He is usually quiet so Cale acting like this is unusual for Felix.
Cale ignored Felix's gaze and focused his attention on the emperor. Patiently waiting for this jerk's reply.
"Seems like you got quite the mouth."
"You flatter me, your majesty."
Scratching his head, Cale answered back like a shy maiden. Ignoring the thorn from the emperor's words.
Claude's eyes twitched in irritation. He somewhat even forgot his objective of inviting them.
"What happened yesterday─"
Snapping out from his turmoil Felix came back to reality.
"Your majesty! What happened yesterday??! I DON'T REMEMBER! WE DON'T REMEMBER!"
Surprised by Felix's outburst Claude is at a loss for words.
While Cale? He is just observing the scene unamused. He just wants to go home to sleep.
Claude put his hands on his chin and seems to think of something.
"Hmm"
"Since you didn't remember. You are free to go. Also, This brat is quite an interesting thing. Bring him next time for a cup of tea."

Outside the palace door. Both Cale and Felix are in deep thought.
Thinking the same thing.
'Why is the emperor interested in me?'
'Why is Claude curious about my brother?!'
While Cale can smell money in the air.
Felix smells trouble...

Diana is on her way to Claude's throne when she saw the Robanes brothers.
Her face brightened as she hurriedly approached them.
"Sir Felix, little young master! What brings you here?"
"Lady Diana!"
Felix sighed in relief as he saw Diana safe and still bright than ever. He thought she will be sad after what happened yesterday. Seems like she and Claude are in good terms now.
"Lady Diana we're in trouble. We need your help."
"Hm?"
