"LEO!!!" The sound of his brothers voices echoed from behind. A almost blinding light had appeared in the depths of the prison he and Krang prime are trapped in.
The light only seemed to grow brighter as he floated closer. The faces appeared from behind it blurry at first, but the surging feelings of warmth, safety and comfort coming from their forms
nearly made Leo burst into tears. Like a golden ray of hope that had slowly started to die off, was brought back by the faces of his brothers who he had sacrificed everything for. They all seemed to have sprouted Raph chasms in the mere minutes since Leo had jumped into this hell. They seemed Desperate and weary, far older then they aught to be. A sense of relief seemed to pass through his brothers when they caught a glimpse of him.
"Took you guys long enough" Leo put on a half-baked smile as the fatigue hit in. Seeing his brothers must have relaxed him enough that the adrenaline from battle was wearing off causing the damage to his body to show itself. Reaching for his brothers the sense of relief was knocked away when a roar was sounded behind him. Everyone stiffened, and Leo struggled to move toward the golden portal but the gravity change made it hard.
"I got you buddy!" A giant projected red hand grabbed onto Leo's pulling him closer. The Krang now right behind him reaches out his armored claw gripping Leo's leg, yanking him back harshly. Almost instantly a familiar purple glow rushed past Leo flinging the Krang away causing it to let go of him in the process. It's roar resounded as it was flung through the gray expanse and floating debris. Relief was felt by everyone, hope now prominent instead of the fear felt only seconds ago. He was so close, nearly there before a pained cry came from his youngest brother who jolted as a burst of light came from the portal causing the forming cracks to further develop up his body. As the cracks bloomed and burst further up his other brothers seemed to feel the pain as well causing Raphs projection to glitch and Donnie who usually is stoic even in the depths of pain to gasp and move back. The fear in his brothers eyes as the portal started to dim and change was prominent even in Leo's dazed mind. Fear welled up in his own features as he continued to reach for his brother only 2 feet away from him at most.

"GUYS!?!" he shouted as the portal started to glitch in between his brothers and a new unfamiliar scene.

"LEO!?!?!" His brothers yelled back calling for him. He suddenly felt that he had to stop them, even dazed and injured he could still see their condition. He could see Raph with his eye closed bleeding slightly, blood and new formed wounds litter his body. Donnie wasn't any better, though he didn't seem as banged up until he noticed that his twin was not wearing his battle shell. Mikey was battered and bruised just as much as the other brothers with new golden cracks crawling up his baby bros arms. Leo looked at all three of them as their cry's for him started to glitch in at out, the images of their crying faces covered in blood, and grime. The most prominent injury on all three were the glowing cracks pulsing up their arms seeming to grow as scales turned to glowing particles. Leo felt a resolve the glitching scenes seemed to become more frequent he could tell that the portal wouldn't last much longer. He didn't want his brothers to try to keep it open any longer either. But it wasn't safe for him to try passing through. With a newfound determination Leo put on his mask placing the most genuine smile he could give to his brother.

"Guys I'm not gonna make it through, the portals glitching too much! YOU need to close it!" His voice was hoarse and his words seems to fall out of him with a sternness he didn't even know he had. His brothers faces turned to a look of terror.

"NO! We won't leave you!" His youngest brother screamed at him tears pouring down Mikey face. Leo grimaced letting his facade fade for only a second before turning to his oldest brother.

"RAPH YOU NEED TO CLOSE IT, you know I'm right!" His oldest brother looked at him with a hopeless expression, Leo's heart squeezed in his chest. Raph shook his head in protest.

"I can't lose you! WE can't lose you!" Raph sounded desperate, Leo gritted his teeth. He looked to Donnie his twin, his other half.

"Donnie, please ya know if you guys don't stop you'll die..." the pain was evident on his twins face the portal sparked again causing his brothers to all cry out in pain this time. The portal glitched bad enough it almost seemed to close. It sparked back to life's second later his brother all looked at him defeated and scared. Leo was scared to and just for a second he let his persona fall. Showing a mixture of emotion on his face. Fear, pain, sadness, and love. He smiled helplessly at his brothers. Their faces showing nothing but the fear that Leo felt.

" please, Leo don't make us let you go." His twin finally spoke shakily as if catching his breathe. Leo looked at all of his brothers. He reached out knowing he was unable to touch them, to hold them and be held in their arms in turn. Tears flowed down his face, a gentle look crossed his features.

"I love you guys, I won't die, we will meet again!" He said with a confidence that he himself didn't have.

" I love you too, Leo/ Leon/ Dumb Dumb. his brothers all said their voices cracking, they were still desperately holding onto keeping the portal open. Leo sent them all one last genuine smile before shifting into his face man routine.

"Tell pops and April I love them, to Draxum tell him he's a Prick, Tell Casey I don't blame him and that I'm proud of him! Say hi to Heusos and grab a slice with the family and Casey! Tell them I'll be back. We will meet again bros. Because I BELIEVE in you guys!" Leo's voice started shaking as he spoke rapidly. The portal now started to fade faster showing that his brothers were losing strength.

" LEO!! We will get you out of there! We'll find a way!" Raph was now screaming to him.

"I know you will big bro! Keep everyone safe and get y'all healed up so we can meet again as soon as possible!" Leo called out to him, his younger brother was the next to speak.

" LEO! I'll get better I'll master my mystic powers to get to you I promise! Then when your back DR. Delicate touch will be waiting for you here!" His brother tried to make a stern expression threw the pain and tears, Leo shivered knowing he'll definitely not be ready for the conversations to come ever. But still his smiled remained, the last to speak was Donnie his twin, his other half.
" Leo, you can't die you understand! If you die I'll find a way to resurrect you and then I'll kill you myself!" Leo chuckled and grimaced in pain before giving his brothers one last look. They all even through their searing pain gave him a smile of their own broken but gentle.

" THIS ISN'T GOODBYE MI HERMANOS!" Leo shouted as his brothers nodded and stopped their straining letting go. The portal glitched on last time his brothers were gone and in their place was a new scenery in the portal shown. Weirdly this portal didn't close or glitch it was still lively bursting with energy. The Krang's roar sounded startling Leo from his thoughts and snapping him back into a fight or flight mode. Without a second thought he plunged forward into the portal. Anywhere would be better then with the Krang.
