Scarlett's pov:

Its just been my babys first birthday and me and Lizzie were clearing up all the paper and confetti and all the other things that made my house a mess.

Luna my one and only baby is sitting in her high chair watching us and giggles as me make faces at her every once in a while.

I couldn't help but have my heart melt as she giggled I never imagined having such a small human that I made be such a light in my life she's every reason I do life.

She started to whine a bit but I knew this would happen because my now one year old can not sit still she always wants to be doing something so I gave her a little toy hoping to keep her entertained a little longer because when she get out that high chair it will become cheose again.

She seemed to be a little entertained making herself giggle so I went as fast as possible chatting with Lizzie a little bit as we go along.

"mama" luna said bounciong up and sound with her hand up in the air obviously wanting to get out so I put everything I had in my hands down and picked up my baby girl, when I did she squeeled and made me giggle as her chubby legs kicked ready to be let down.

I love her so much.

I sigh watching her crawl around but going back to cleaning because it had to get done somehow.

I was doing the dished and hear little patters of hands on the wood floor so I look down and see my princess peeking her head round the corner of the cabinet "hi baby" I say to her and she giggled and squeeled that the only way she can really communicate with me but I find it cute that she tries even tho I don't really know what she's saying or wanting to say.

She crawled over to Lizzie who was putting plastic cups in a trash can pulling on the bag and Lizzie interacting with her, I love seeing lizzie be so good with luna she's so sweet and gental with her which I really appreciate.

She gave up with the bag eventually and crawled over to the table which and watched her even more because of the sharp corners.

She reaches up to the corner of the table so I look intentaly trying to figure out if she was trying to get something form the table but then pulled herself up so she's on her little chubby legs but still holding on.

"hey lizzie" I said trying to go move so luna would stay think that "yea?" she answered "look at lulu" I told her back "omg" she gasped.

We stayed still watching over her as she let go of the table and trying to love not getting there just yet so she grabbes the table again.

Once again she trued and let go of the table hoping to step again so I move slowly towards her not to startle her sitting in the floor and that's when she did it.

She took her first step.

I gasped "yes baby you can do it princess come to mommy" I encourage her holding my hands out for her to grab if needed "come on lulu you can do it" lizzie encourage aswell getting her phone out to record.

And she did it again she stepped and stepped until she reached me.

I pick her up and spin her around praising her.

I moved her on my front kissing her head hugging her again feeling so happy but sad that my baby girl is growing up.

Lizzie joined our hugg and I couldn't be any happier in this moment I'm time with my best friend and my baby girl who is in my arms giggling.
