"Elvis. Elvis. Elvissss" you huff out as you shake him awake. Elvis groans and roll over to look at you "what baby?" He grumbles out tired, he bends his arm up and puts his hand on the small of your back.
"We've got to get Lisa to school" you say excitedly. Lisa was finally starting a public school here,she'd go whenever she could and was here but Elvis thought it would be best for her to socialize with her age group. Elvis had just been able to fall asleep which you didn't realize or you wouldn't have woke him.

"I'll get up in..one second just let me.." he trailed off his words as he fell back asleep. You sigh now knowing he'd probably just fallen asleep. You shake your head before leaving and going to get Lisa up. "Lisa baby it's time to get ready" you say putting your hand on her cheek. She groans similar to her father making you chuckle.
"Come on baby we got to get you ready"
You say.
She sits up and you quickly pull out clothes for her and set them aside on her dresser for her.
After ensuring she's up you head downstairs and pour yourself some coffee speaking to Nancy as you wait for Lisa.
Once Lisa was down stairs you went back up to see if you could get Elvis to wake up and grab jesse.
"Elvis are you coming to see Lisa of to school?" You ask with a sigh.
"Uh uh" he hums. You shake you head and grab Jesse out of his crib, he knew that Lisa really wanted him to come today he'd promised her he would and it broke your heart for her.
You headed back down stairs and stopped as you seen lisa looking up at you holding her backpack straps a hopeful gleam in her eyes that immediately turned to a sadness as she didn't see Elvis.
"Sorry baby..daddy went to bed late"
You say as you complete your way down the stairs.
"Let's get out to the car"
You add holding your hand out for her. She takes it and keeps her head down as you get to the car and get everyone in. It's a big change going from years of being with adults every day of your life to being with kids your age every day.
"Let me get my camera" you say excitedly as you park the car. You get out and get your camera out of the backseat taking multiple photos of Lisa as she gets ready to go in. Tears started to surface.
"It's okay mommy I'll be home soon" she says wrapping her arms around you, before going to the car and opening the door jesses at. She opens it and press a kiss to his head.
"Love you Jesse. Love you mommy" she says before skipping of to the building. You watched with tearful eyes as she did, you got back in the car and headed back home picking up a few burgers from Elvis' favorite drive in for him. You love the man you do but this really hurt Lisa and it made you upset so once you got home you went straight upstairs with Jesse and the bag of food.

You set Jesse down so he could walk around before going to Elvis and smacking him with the bag.
"Asshole" you say, sure enough that was enough to wake him up.
"Hey what was that for?" Elvis grumbled as he grabbed the bag and sat up.
"You made Lisa very upset today. She deserves a apology and a day out with you. All she wanted was her daddy to be there for her first day of public school, but no you're a asshole and you didn't get up" you say anger seeping stronger with every word. Elvis' eyes softened and his mouth made a 'o'.
"I told ya ta wake me up baby" he says. You shake your head and go over to your side of the bed crawling in and grabbing your book.
"I did. Guess who didn't get up both times I tried to wake him." You say as you flip in the book and start to read it.
"Just eat and go back to bed you're picking her up and going out with her somewhere" you add, Elvis nods and quickly eats his burgers.

"Elvis it's time for you to go get Lisa" you say, luckily he was awake this time.
"Ya ain't comin'?" He asks with a small frown.
"It's a you and Lisa thing..remember I actually went this morning" you say quirking a brow, he sighs and nods before heading out the room. After he leaves you go downstairs and help Nancy with anything. Jesse was sleeping and you had absolutely nothing to do. After a hour you gave Jesse his bottle with juice and turned on a cartoon for him as he sat by you on the bed.
You sat there watching the cartoons with for around 2o minutes before you got bored and decided to paint your nails a gold and pink. Elvis and Lisa had just got home and headed upstairs, Lisa went to her room with all her new stuff Elvis bought her and Elvis went to your room stopping in his tracks as he watches you paint your nails Jesse nor you have noticed him there. "Whats with him?" You ask jesse as if he could actually answer as you look up at the tv to see a weird looking man. You look over and see elvis standing and staring. "Hey when did you get home?" You ask with a smile.
