It's been a year since mom and dad tied the knot again. It's also been a year since I entered this industry and being on a relationship with Nica.
Today is just another day of being in this industry. It was tiring, of course but it was fun. Going home and seeing my family together, then messaging my girl, and then going upstairs to my room, seeing every picture that holds a wonderful memory to me, this is everything that I could asked for.
I left the house at 6 in the morning to be on time for my 9 in the morning interview. I arrived at the studio past 7 in the morning, my glam team still have enough time to prepare me. At 30 minutes past 8, I was ready and we already went to the studio.
Mr. Ricky Echavez was there and the audience went crazy the moment I entered. They all have smiles on their faces when they saw me. I sat gracefully on the chair that is in front of Sir Ricky and then the cameras started shuttering.
"Hello, France. Welcome to the program and happy 1st anniversary of being in the industry. How did this change your life?" He asked before I saw the camera focused on me.
Cameras. At first, I was dazzled by their light but then, I get used to it because those cameras help my dad to have a better life and that cameras might help me too.
"Nothing really change except that I transferred school when my career started blooming and then I had a new set of friends. The lifestyle sir, nothing changed because I am still the France that my non-showbiz friends knew and became friends with. I still get up the same time as I used to be, there's no princess treatment that is happening right now." I answered.
"What a nice person you are. What about your rise to the stardom, you didn't really talked about it in your past interviews." He said.
"Actually, it all started when a girl from high school broke my heart. I created a song for her and passed it to several music label companies and gladly i got approved by Diamond Creatives." I said.
"Your manager told me that you're a novel writer too? Is it true?" He asked.
I smiled a little before answering. I was a novel writer before I became a song-writer.
"Yes, actually when my dad knew about my passion in publishing a book, he enrolled me into the best writing mentor and he invested in my talent by building a publishing house in partnership with the Diamond Creatives." I said.
I looked at my family in the audience and they were all looked so proud for me. I wouldn't have accomplished all of this if weren't them.
"That's great. How is your relationship status? Because some part of our team spotted you and some girl, not Trisha, dating into a public park in the midnight. Do you want to explain to us who that girl is? And what's your relationship status with Trisha?" He asked.
I froze for a moment, I didn't know how to answer that question. I looked again at my dad and his face showed no emotions, I looked at my manager and no emotions too, and then I looked at Trisha, she was just nodding. I think that's the sign for me to tell everyone the truth.
"That picture is so old. That was September 15 last year, midnight. I was with my non-showbiz girlfriend and we are celebrating my birthday at that time." I said.
The audience looked terrified by my statement, I know that our online fans might go crazy and I need to make sure that Nica was fine.
"Non-showbiz girlfriend? So does this mean that you and Trisha aren't together?" He asked.
"Yes, sir. Before I even got into this industry, I was already with my girlfriend." I said.
"May we know what's her name?" He asked.
