Humiliation.

{ A/N: This will be in Sean's POV first. }

I waited for Yuki to come to class.
It's already 8:16.. Where is she?
I tried calling her yesterday, to continue our previous conversation, but she never picked up.

( Huh.. I wonder where she is. )

I opened Messenger and texted her.

Yuzuki<3

Yuki, where are you?

I waited for a response, nothing.
She didn't even receive it.
Now I'm starting to get worried.
I tried to call her, but our teacher just happened to walk in.
I quickly hid my phone in my bag.
I guess worrying can wait later.

{ Time Skip. }

It's recess time.
I grabbed my phone, and headed for the restroom.
I opened my chat with Yuki, and tried calling her again.

* ring *

* ring *

...

* Yuzuki has missed your call. *

I frowned, she hasn't missed any of my calls.
What if something happened?
I became worried, I need to check in on her.
But school isn't even half-finished.
And I don't have any excuse to leave.

* sigh *

( Fine.. I'll leave her alone for now. )

I sighed as I left the restroom.
I made my way to the canteen.
Most of the tables were occupied.
I searched for a table, when I felt someone bumping into me from behind.

B: " Ugh! Move out of my- "

Brittney stopped talking when she realized it was me.
Her voice quickly changed into the voice she always uses when talking to me.
Annoying and whiny.

B: " Oh Sean! I didn't know it was you~. "
" Oh. Hey Brittney. "
B: " Heyy~ I missed youu! "
" Oh.. Okay? "

Brittney's okay, I guess.
She's always around me though.
Like she's attracted to me, and I know she is.
But that doesn't bother me, the thing that bothers me is her attitude.
She's fake, plastic, arrogant, and the list could go on.

B: " Come sit with me!~ "
" Uh.. Okay. "

She grabbed my arm and pulled me towards their table.
She sat down and patted the space next to her, motioning for me to sit next to her.
I hesitantly sat down next to her.
I pulled out my phone and went to check if Yuki had received my text.
She still didn't see it.

( Is she okay..? )

I started worrying even more as each second passes by. However, Brittney noticed this, and looked over to my phone.

B: " Wait.. Are you talking with Yuki? "
" Yeah? "

She squinted her eyes, her face scrunching a little.

B: " That weird girl? Why would you talk to her? "
" What? "

Did she just call Yuki weird?
Yuki isn't weird. If anything Brittney is the one who's weird.

B: " She hates people! She'll probably break your trust! "

She explained to me.
I didn't listen to her.
She doesn't know Yuki.
Not like how I do.

{ Time Skip. }

Our class just ended.
I watched as Mr. Don left the classroom.
Why is he still here? He should be fired.
Me and Yuki have already reported him to the principal.
So why haven't they done anything about him?
But for now, I need to start thinking about Yuki.

( I'll stop by at her house today.. Just to check. )

I walked outside of the classroom.
I continued walking down the hall, but I stopped to see a large crowd, gathering in the middle of the hall.

( What's happening? )

I looked over to everyone, and it seems like they're listening to someone.
Then I heard someone laugh, and everyone else started laughing with that person.
It was Brittney.
Of course, she always gossips to almost everyone.
I would stop her, but the chances of her actually listening is 0.
So I made my way into the crowd, shoving people to get pass.

' You know, I can tutor you. '

I stopped in my tracks.
That sounds familiar.
I looked over to where the voice was, and it was from Brittney's phone.
It was a video of Mr. Don and.. Yuki?

( What the fuck, why does she have a video of them? )

I walked over to Brittney, and snatched her phone.

B: " Oh Sean- "
" What Is This? "

I asked her with a low tone, almost scaring her.

B: " I- It's nothing really! "

She sounds nervous.
I looked down on her phone and played the video.
In the video, I saw that Mr. Don pinned Yuki to the wall.
Then the video ended.
My brows furrowed while I lifted my head up to look at her.

" Brittney, what the fuck? "
B: " Uh.. Sean- This is all ju- "
" Just what? Huh? "
B: " It's just Yuki! She and Mr. Don are dating! "

Everyone started to have that look on their face.
Like they felt cringe about that.
But that isn't my concern.
I'm more angry about the fact that SHE had the nerve to assume that.

" They Aren't Dating. "
B: " Really? Then how do you explai- "
" FOR FUCK SAKE BRITTNEY, MR. DON IS A PEDOPHILE. "

I snapped back at her.
She went quiet.
Everyone else went quiet too.

" WHAT? YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY? "
B: " I- "
" YOU WHAT? YUKI HASN'T DONE SHIT TO YOU. "

Everyone started looking awkwardly.
Some are even trying to hold in their laughter.

" You think it's funny ruining someone's life? Well, let's see what happens when YOURS is ruined. "
B: " Sean- I'm sorry- "
" No. You aren't. You're only saying that for the sake of your reputation. "

A lot of people started looking away, so as to avoid the drama.
But this is what she wanted, right?

" I'm done. Don't ever come near me or anyone you've messed with. "
B: " Sean no, I- "
" Especially Yuki. "

I watched as Brittney tried to say something.
But she couldn't say anything.
I scoffed and left the school.
It all made sense now.
The reason she didn't attend school today is because of that video.
Well.. Probably.
She humiliated Yuki.
And I didn't let that pass by.
