After hearing the depressing thoughts of a 12-year-old the theatre was once again plunged into silence which by now was a common occurrence.
Arthur's family and close friends all gathered around him comforting him and saying it was okay, presenting impressive speeches the normal BS basically.
-Damn that's depressing AF were you always such an edgy guy? I am glad I didn't meet that version of you, don't misunderstand though you are still edgy but a cool edgy guy... sounds weird but describes you the best, doesn't it?- Regis as always had no filter.
'Regis I swear one moment I am grateful towards the next moment you make me want to kill myself.'
-Yeah I know it's amazing how much I can push your boundaries- Regis sounded proud.
'Why the hell are you so proud of it?!'
-Princess, forget about that look at your students they don't seem to believe what they're seeing.-
'Well they were fed with so many lies, that dicathens were viewed in the same manner as a mana beast, but now that they met a few of them they will have no choice but to question their knowledge.'
After a while, the Dicathens all went to their rooms, and the Alacryan side was still sitting in the theatre waiting for their Scythe or Professor to instruct them further.
Seth who was waiting for the other side to go finally started talking in a hushed tone though it was no use as everyone could still hear him.
"Hey, Mayla weren't Dicathen people all supposedly savage beasts in human skins who only wanted to destroy everything?"
"I don't understand that too! We were taught that but they don't seem much different from us!... Well except for the Elf's pointy ears and dwarves' short heights... but why would they lie to us?"
"Are you serious we have no idea if this is all an act. I say that they are deceiving us and secretly plotting something they are suspicious as hell in my opinion."
"Your opinion is unnecessary just like your presence here." Valen kindly insulted her.
"That was uncalled for...what did I do even do...?" Briar Winced.
"Let's ask Professor Grey, Professor Grey! What do you think?!" Mayla questioned Grey which put him in a troublesome situation.
"*sigh* Well to be frank they are people just like you there is not much difference except how magic and society you could think of dicathens as your sister continent the higher beings have been feeding you the wrong information."
"Oh..." They all fell quiet because of shock the whole conversation was a big 'what if?' But that 'what if' turned out to be the reality.
The adults looked more composed than the students partly because some knew while some had some suspicions.
"Why...? Did they lie to us?" Briar asked meekly
"So that they can use you what do you think would have happened if both continents were friendly to each other and one side declares war?" Seris joined the conversation too.
"People would revolt against the Vritras," Valen answered
"Precisely and that wasn't the only thing that was a lie the Vritras have been lying about most of the things but I would rather prefer you seeing than hearing it from me." Seris had already begun her plan.
The words of a Scythe had more than sufficient weight and nobody questioned further silently processing the information.
'Zero saw this indifferently he couldn't care less about them he was just merely doing this for entertainment. All he cared about was Grey and the past Arthur. 'I wonder how will Arthur change the future, of course, when this is all over I will erase everyone's memory except for Grey and Arthur.' A creepy smile formed on his which went unnoticed.
