THE BOY I saw this morning dancing on the road was entering our classroom with Mr.Denver, our homeroom teacher. He told us we have a new transfer student. In the middle of the semester? weird. The boy was grinning like he never saw humans. Mr.Denver told him to introduce himself. He introduced himself as Jude Anderson with a bright smile.

Mr.Denver told him to sit, and he occupied the empty seat just behind me. Empty, as it used to be my best friend's seat before she left this school. I take a nice look at Jude and that face... THAT FACE!!! I recognize it! His face reminds me of one of my cringiest and most embarrassing moments from a few years back...

My best friend Meg and I are super weird, yes this is the same best friend whose seat he took, and whenever either of us sees an attractive person we tend to take a picture of them and send it to each other, because why not?

I was on a cruise ship with my grandparents, and I spot this super cute guy. Naturally, I freak out a little, & I whip out my phone. Bear in mind I'm sitting next to my grandparents in the middle of a crowded lobby.

So I open my camera, take a picture- and guess what?

THE FUCKING FLASH WAS ON, WASN'T IT?

I make eye contact with this cute guy and look at my Grandparents who both look extremely disappointed, and a few other people are looking at me. Obviously, I left the room immediately lol.

And yes you guessed it right that cute guy was Jude but younger. I prayed to God that he just never recognizes me, EVER.

The bell rang signaling History class and our history teacher always had a way to get on our nerves. He had a peculiar way of teaching. He makes us shut all our books and informs us to look at 'him' while he's teaching. Most of the time he speaks nonsense and we just are not able to get a hold of him. He also prepares the hardest history tests. I almost failed last semester.

"Mr.Anderson? right?" he says looking just behind me. "New kid, huh? I see, Well you might not know but I want you to look at me while I am teaching, alright?" he says in a stiff voice before he continues to teach. After he few minutes he slams his book hard on the table, snapping me out of my sleepy head and I wide open my heavy eyes. I cock my head up to witness him being super irritated.

"Mr.Anderson!" he screams. "Stop looking outside the window and pay attention to me" He says in a grumpy voice before he makes him stand up to answer one of his questions. And to the surprise of the entire classroom, he manages to give him a perfect answer. He scrutinizes him for a second and asks how he got it right when he was literally staring outside.

"It's because sir, I listen with my ears not with my eyes."Jude says with a smirk on his face nonchalantly. The whole class started bursting into laughter. Damn that was good. The teacher looks taken aback by this and I loved it because no one really had the guts to do what he just did. Putting some sense to this teacher's brain.
