The first day of UA was cool and fun! I was initially anxious but it changed after meeting my new classmates! They weren't shitty like my old school. There's this girl, her name is Mina, I think? She's a WONDERFUL girl!! Our energies match!
But anyway, I survived school today, which is good! Not going to lie, I hate schools that I need to go to even though it's wonderful places!
As I walked back home I saw this guy from class, his name is... Izuku Midorya? He's so-called 'the nerd', even though he is a nerd, he's pretty cute with his freckles (he is rather shy too). I went to him to chat a bit since I don't need to hurry home.
"Hey, Midorya right?"
"Uhmm, yeah that's me. You are ****, right?
"Call me Emily please, it's kinda weird for me when people call me by my surname"
"Ah, ok. How are you doing? Was the first day good? You didn't say what your quirk is. What is it? Why are you hiding it? Is it because you don't like it-"
"Wow, wow, wow. Calm, slowly. First of all. I'm good, thanks for asking. Today was pretty decent. And for my quirk, I'd like to keep it a secret for now, could please not tell anyone that I'm hiding it for now?
"Ohw, alright I won't tell anyone. Promise! And also sorry for mumbling, it's kind of a habit"
"Thanks and don't worry it's understandable, Midorya ill be going now, bye! See you tomorrow!"
"Bye! See you tomorrow!"
4:12 pm
I arrived home smelling yummy food, what could it be, hmm... Yakitori (grilled chicken)! One of my favorites! I went to the kitchen seeing ma cooking, I went to her, hugged her from the back, and kissed her cheek. She turned towards me.
"Oh my, my look at my baby girl coming home smiling after a first day after school. I'm guessing your day went well?"
"It was really good ma! My classmates were really fun people! And there's this girl, her name is Mina and her energy is like same as mine! And there were a lot of people with cool quirks!!"
"Oh my g0d Em, stop screaming so hard. I literally could hear from upstairs"
Yup, that was Brian half asleep, looks like he had a nap after school.
"Heh, sorry! How was your day by the way?"
"It was decent, met some cool people. Not much"
"Still sleepy?" asked ma. We both could see that he was exhausted, that's what he gets when he teases me.
"Yeah, but anyway about me. Is the food ready ma? Starving"
"Almost, It is now 4:30 pm so, we can start eating around 5"
"Alright, I'm going to my room!"
"Same"
"Alright, don't be late for dinner!"
"We won't!"
5:30 pm
"It's the best like always ma", I said before looking at my brother. He was drowning in the food. Guess he was starving.
"Of course honey, it's always the best!" *Proud Mama*
We finished eating and cleaning. Everybody went to sleep, but I couldn't for some reason. 'Oh come on Emily, you can't have a crush on the FIRST DAY OF YOUR SCHOOL!', I thought before forcing myself to sleep.
Did I also mention that there were 2 cute boys in my class? Don't wanna ruin a friendship this fast. I'ma ignore this 'crush' for now, it's way too early...
