-Madeleine 'Lin' Delcóur-

When I woke up this morning, I felt like I was forgetting something important but I didn't know what it was...

So I just brushed that thought away, thinking it was probably nothing important and did my morning routine

So now here I am, reading a book and drinking coffee even though it's the afternoon but who cares

But the feeling from this morning was still there, I knew I was gonna regret it if I just sat here and ignore that feeling but that's fine, it's the weekends I should feel relaxed and not stress about anything

My thoughts were cut off by loud knocking on the door but I decided to ignore it, thinking it's probably just those advertisements but the knocking didn't stop, I was on the verge of exploding but then

"Lin! Are you there?"

I sighed and got up from my couch and walked towards the door and opened it to see Nico all dressed up in uniform attire with his brows scrunched up together

"Lin! Are you okay?" He asked

"What are you talking about? I'm fine and why are you dressed in the uniform?" I responded, a little confuse

"Oh my god...Lin! It's Monday! We have training" he stated as he pinch the bridge of his nose and let out a sigh

Oh shit...now I know what I was forgetting...

"Ho...ly...shit..." I stood there, dumbfounded by what Nico said

"I just missed a whole day of training..." I stated to myself

"You did, You're in big trouble tomorrow" He teased

"This isn't funny, why didn't you wake me up?" I playfully hit his arm cause I was annoyed by him

"Well I'm sorry I don't live with you" he responded

"Ugh! I'm so gonna clean the toilets tomorrow" I groaned as I walk back to the living room and fell face first on the couch

Nico followed and sat on the arm chair next to the couch

"Now, I'm pretty sure Ian would go easy on a sick person" he shrug

"Sick person?"

"I told Ian you were down with heavy fever and wouldn't be able to come to training today" He stated as he picked up my coffee and drank some

"Oh thank god..." I sat up from the couch and looked at Nico as he continue to drink my coffee

"I'm more of the Devil, don't you think? But I'll take it as a compliment" He chuckled

"And thanks Nico, you are a life saver"

"Yeah...about that I actually did it mostly for me cause I knew you would complain and I'll be the one to listen and god knows when you'll stop" He looked at me with a pointed look

"Hey! I don't complain that much" I crossed my arms around my chest and looked away, not before sticking my tongue out at him. I know it's childish but I gotta let out my inner child out
