Its taken over her life
She is no longer in control
Sooner or later they'll both take their tolls
She'll be gone and away and off with the cold
She tried to be strong but it just didn't work
The voices in her head stayed, the bad memories lurked
She refused to be treated
Though help was far needed
Her friends left her one by one
Until she turned around and said she was done.
A/N- this is from the 8th grade. I found my old poem book and decided to copy some of them onto Wattpad.
